Dreamwave Hotel Ilagan

The staff at this facility were A . They made us feel at home and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable

They serve the food cold. Serve hot drinks with cool warm water, how to meet x your coffee or Milo when the water is not hot enough. Ask sauce for the food they serve but already consumed the food not even arrive the sauce and not been serve at all. Need to improve the service especially food serving

We were checked into a room with a broken hot water heater, the staff knew and laughed about it when we complained, “ oh we know”. The noise from the function Hall was terrible and we were told no to all suggestions to deal with it. The room was dirty and the towels, mat and sheets were stained. I was told scrambled eggs were unavailable for breakfast, only sunny side up was available? Makes no sense unless the scrambled egg chef had a day off! Terrible motel, not even a hotel, will never spend money here again.

Our room premier with 2 beds is very affordable shared by 4 adults with no extra pay and also includes free breakfast for all of us.It's clean and we'll lighted too. We had a nice and comfortable stay. Will surely avail next time we visit ilagan.

Excellent hotel personnel and service though the breakfast is not that good and there's no security guard present when we were there.

The staff are excellent, attentive and friendly. The check in and check out process was handled efficiently.

Hot water in room was not working well... rooms are big.. loctaed beside the mall.

Phones is not working, i have to go down to the front desk for our breakfast. In my 4 days stay they did not clean our room and change our towels. All employees are accomodating and polite

Had a great 12 day stay a Dreameave, very clean, big room with huge king size bed, but amazing friendly and respectful staff.

Instruction on room facilities use were meager or non-existent. You have to discover/ask how to operate room facilities. Hot/cold water control is by luck. Leaking water joints. WiFi, on and off. Loud noises outside that can be heard in the room. Staff excuses were: Sorry we're having problems; We forgot; Sorry, sorry, sorry...

Contrary to per room info in the ad, no slippers were provided; hot/cold shower control is terrible and one might suddenly go from very cold to very hot without making any changes; did not get the ordered free breakfast on the first day with a ' we are sorry response' as the only explanation... The room lighting placement needs a lot to be desired --- had to plug/unplug and move lamps

Staff are so inconsiderate. They can get so loud in the corridors even in wee hours.

The addition of free breakfast is a plus over my last stay, but there is no resturant or ice. staff was courtious and polite. I would say that Dreamwaves is the best hotel in Ilagan City.

Location is good, next to a big shopping mall which has fast food restaurants and supermarket. Service is very good and friendly. Bedroom is clean and comfortable but we have some problems to access the wifi in room, hope the Management will look into improving the signal. However, the wifi signal in lobby is good. McDonald's breakfast was provided which is a good choice for guests. Highly recommended for all especially business travellers.

Before I state my opinion I would like to say that this hotel has a lot of potential. It looks like we were just unlucky to book too late. We were given the last option possible for a room which was the annex. This was a room right next to their event hall in which there was a rehearsal the day we checked in and the actual event the morning we woke up. It was very loud and sleeping soundly was out of the question. They do have a nice shower and super comfortable bed though. I do give a thumbs up for that. Food wasn't anything special either so you might be better off getting breakfast somewhere else instead of paying for it.
