The hotel building is not up to building code anymore. Crack on the wall is all over. Moldy bathroom and ceilings.

AC not working properly

First of all, out of a whole room you only get a tiny window and you still have bars like prison stops the circulation of air feeling suffocated. Second of all, no WiFi for 5 days after promising day after day for WiFi. 1000 peso fine for any stain on bed sheets and for any alcohol so no drinking allowed in room. Fine for washing, drying and ironing in your room as it's not allowed. No balconies to sit and and relax and false advertising of gym when it's locked away with sofas and literally unusable just locked up in a glass room. As a woman felt very uncomfortable in local bars or people in the streets at night in general. Tycycle transportation trying to scam forgeiners for more money and no WiFi in shopping centres and rarely in other dining places only for locals. Overall not recommended, sure there's way more better places in Batangas but this will be a nightmare not a dream that hit me like a wave.

The water pressure sucks and no clean cups in the room for coffee and we couldn't access the wifi and the bed was uncomfortable

It smell badly - bed with stains ... not just apply to my room but also to my colleague room...

Die Lage des Hotels war für uns das einzig positive an diesem Hotel. Es liegt direkt oberhalb eines Einkaufszentrum und hat in der direkten Umgebung etliche Restaurants. Da es direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt hat man Zugang zu den örtlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür. Das Hotel selbst ist in nahezu jeder Hinsicht in einem schlechten Zustand. Die Zimmer haben größtenteils keine Fenster!!! oder nur kleine, vergitterte Luken. Neben der Lage ist allenfalls positiv anzumerken, dass täglich geputzt wird.

The location is ideal. It is next to Robinson’s Mall and transportation to other places is available.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber,Toilettepapier und seifen haben gefehlt,keine warme Dusche geeben,es war kaput. Wir haben uns ein neues Zimmer gewünscht aber die Dusche hat es auch nicht ganz gut funktioniert und dort war die Klimaanlage mega laut gewessen dazu das Lärm azs dem Nachbarzimmer.Wir könnten gar nicht gut schlaf n dass wir uns entschieden haben früher auszuchecken und der letzten Abend irgendwo anders zu verbringen. Eine mega schlechte Erfahrung!!!

We attended a wedding within the area, and thought that given we have a 1-year old tow, it will be best if we stay for the night somewhere close rather than take the entire trip from Manila to Batangas in the early hours of the morning. Dreamwave meets that criteria, and for a price that's very affordable too. The room's spacious, and our son enjoyed roaming around pretty much without concerns of hitting or grabbing anything within the room itself. Air conditioning, cable TV, and basic restroom amenities are included. There's also a lot of options for food and other needs, since it's right beside a mall (there are a few dedicated parking slots for hotel guests), 7-Eleven, and a couple more 24/7 restaurants, all walking distance from the hotel. Outside noise isn't heard from within the room, so we absolutely loved our stay within the property. Looking forward to visit again!

Nice place, good location, but they have a couple of quirks, no alcohol allowed unless they sell it to you. So I said I wanted dark beer. They sent some one out to get it but couldn’t find any, brought another beer instead. Also, when getting ready to leave, we removed the key card from what I assumed was its charger, and the lights and all power went out. Put it back, and they came back on. It’s a circuit breaker!

We booked for 5 people but only 4 had beds so we had to pay extra to let the 55th person have a bed. The service was impeccable and the hotel was very clean. The electrical wiring is not what we are used to in Australia.

The premises where very clean, high standard and a pleasure to stay at. Will be back

Great customer service with big smiles. Check-in was fast. My room was the best in the hotel.

Staffs are real nice, approachable and always ready to help. You can easily choose and find something to eat, because Dreamwave Hotel is surrounded by food stations like Jollibee, Shakey's, 711 and more. Just please next time, if your guests have kids like me, please give us a closer room to avoid hassles whenever we're planning to go outside. Thank you we had a fun stay in your hotel.

Wonderful little hotel/ motel in Lemery, Philippines

Key never did work for the door. Safe never worked also. No elevator.

It's ok!! Our room is big and clean. The only downside is that the private resorts that surrounded the hotel has limit less noise, they can karaoke from dust till dawn.
