The room not so clean, has a cockroach inside. Maybe need for more maintenance thanks

The room that we have is very bad (the smell is so very awful)...even everyday cleaning... Very disappointed...

Difficult to access wifi, buffet food was not good, rooms are not comfortable, sounds heard by other room.

I was so disappointed because I arrive late for my time to check in,I ask them if I can check out late because I arrive late, but they said 100 per hr for extension of hours, and the food for free breakfast not good, though it's clean and nice and room, thank you.

Some hotel staffs are not honest

The location is good but their cable tv was not working during our stay. Our assigned room and toilet not properly cleaned and wifi very poor signal.

It could be because the building is already a few years old, and the staff is really great and respectful and helpful. But there were small roaches crawling on the bed. Other than that, everything else was satisfying for the price I have paid for.

The bedside lamp and corners were very Dusty. CR with foul smell(urine smell),towel and beddings old which looks like untidy. Corner of the bed linen with stain. CR has limited space, @ 5:30 am there was no tap water only hot water supply. Our room aircon is leaking which dropped directly on my bed and it was set at 17 o but the room temp is still warm.Two Grrman coackroaches stayed with me in my room.For sure I will not come back here.The worst Hotel experience ever!

Location is very good. Breakfast was simple but quite okay. Staff were nice. However, the bed was too old, too small and squeaky.

Good value for the price. Couldn’t complain as things were okay.

Location is great just a few steps from SM Ecoland and not that really far from the downtown. Single room is a bit small but just fine. There is a fast wifi connection inside the room which is really great. If there is one thing I want the hotel have in the future, I hope they can have a fitness area and I'd like to suggest to them to get rid of the bugs in the room. I killed 2 of them, sad but it's true. Hope to be back again!

I like it. It's very clean and neat. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I love the place and the design. You will get a very minimum basic necessities. Just some minors detail. It's kinda fat from the airport but SM City Davao is just mext from uour door which is perfect! Overall, I recommend this place for your stay in Davao 🙂

Good location but very sub standard room

Floor is not clean. There was a cockroach that flew on my partner’s face. There were mosquitoes. Ony a few drips of water came out of the shower you could barely take a bath. It took me almost an hour.

The room is not clean. The receptionist is sleeping.

A little bit old hotel but its still ok. Very convenient place. Nice staff, nice place, and affordable. Just in front of SM City Davao.
