Dirty. Black mould and damp in toilets and showers. Wouldn’t let us wear shoes inside which I normally wouldn’t have a problem with if the floors were clean. They said this is so they have to clean less!

I got to el nido at 11pm and if it was early only after a long drive i would have been looking for another place to stay any way, after one night i left and get a better place to finish my vacation. This place is terrible.

we didn’t have a great start with this hostel. They were supposed to organize a ride from port Barton for us and we were never picked up. They say it’s $600 but you have to pay for other taxis to the bus station. There was no apology when we finally arrived. Our room had tiny ants everywhere and every where in the washroom. The power doesn’t work for the majority of the day and they could do something more to help this like light candles or something.
