受付の雰囲気が良かった。第一印象でホテルの評価が決まるね。

around the hotel,there are only local residents,but only few blocks, therer restrauns and super markets. the front stuff is also quite kind.

Preis Leistung für eine Nacht sind ok. Die Zimmer haben leider sehr unterschiedliche Ausstattungen und Größen. Wir haben insgesamt 3 Zimmer gehabt und diese hätten nicht unterschiedlicher sein können in Bezug auf Größe, Fenster und Dichtheit zur Außenwelt (Spalt bei Klimaanlage nach draußen, ein Zimmer hatte ein „Fenster“ in Richtung Stiegenhaus). Da wir es zeitlich nicht geschafft haben zu frühstücken, haben sie uns netterweise ein Sandwich und Wasser pro Person für unterwegs mitgegeben. Daumen hoch! Alles in allem: ok für den Preis.

Staff are really nice and accommodating but was disappointed with the hotel, when i was about to shower at 7pm there’s no water need to wait 30 minutes before it was available - first time to encounter a hotel who runs out of water apparently they have to refill, its fine if they notify us ahead. Outside the balcony there’s a smell.

Nice hotel

Staff were approachable and very accommodating the only concern is the restaurant downstair was smelled sewer that i cant bear to eat my supper nor breakfast the next morning.

This hotel is so nice and perfect. I really enjoyed my stay. Beds comfortable, close to shops and dining. Helpful staff and great vibe.

Need new towels, aircon too noisy and shower is dripping low on water. Otherwise staff is very helpful, gracious and recommendable especially the receptionist during the day

There’s a hiding fees and additional charges that does not specify in the website they are not true to the expedia deliveration of terms they’re cheating and lying to the customers

The hotel does not have an elevator. If you are a senior citizen forget booking in this hotel.

There were lots of coffee shops and street foods and a mall just a couple minutes walk away and the price for the quality of the room was great too

Good air con, hot water shower, comfortable bed, good tv programming, quiet night's sleep, good breakfast.

Our stay at Emerald Boutique Hotel was good! I'll break it down: Pros: Centrally located, nice staff, easy check-in, clean hotel, clean rooms, hot water, breakfast was included, outdoor patio w/ patio furniture, and we liked that there was an airport shuttle add-on. Cons: Small rooms, breakfast was an additional fee on top of the fee implimented for any additional occupants, we requested airport shuttle for 4pm and received calls to our room at 4am, and if you need to leave luggage after check out (our flight was later in the day) we had to leave it in the hallway unsecured.

The staff was real nice and professional. The morning breakfast was really good. The area of location was friendly and convenient for other shops and restaurants. If i stay in legazpi again it will definitely be this location.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Emerald boutique. The services is wonderful. The staff is always so helpful. Our favorite person there is Sammer. She is wonderful. You cannot go wrong by staying here.
