EON Centennial Resort Hotel & Waterpark

Room was okay but needs to improve. Location was not that advisable since it was far from the main road.

The hotel has no complimentary bottled water, they don't even provide slippers, toothbrush/toothpaste, etc. The room has no floor rug that made our feet looks filthy. Their service on food is very quite horrible, because we need to wait patiently for us to have our food served. The last moment we order our food, it takes about almost an hour to get our food to cook. It's worst! And we are so starving that time. We also expect that we can swim on their own pool but, when I asked their hotel staff if the pool is open, unfortunately, the pool is accessible only from 6am-8am on the day of Sunday, well I guess that's one of their hotel policy. So we didn't swim that day because it was too late to know about their pool schedule, however they might as well acknowledge their clients about their pool schedule, in order for us be aware of.

I enjoyed staying here because of its water park, it was my first time actually to experience this breathtaking slides of theirs. The room where we stayed is quite good; it was clean and comfortable.

We stayed there last 2/14. We got the family room facing the Narra tree. nice room though but I'm not sure if there's a construction on going at the back of the Water world. Food was good and very nice servers that assisted us when we were hungry. Water world was close on that day but we had an access to the Lap pool. Overall: 8/10

No complimentary water. The room is very far from their lobby. The area is very-very far. You need to take tricycle going to the highway but sometimes you need to walk because. No tricycle. The security guard doesn’t care about their visitors. I ask him if he can call a tricycle Because that time is very hot but he doesn’t care
