ホテルは古いですが、綺麗にしており雰囲気はレジャーらしくて良いですね。ストリートビューで見るとエントランスはショボいですが、山の斜面にバンガローのように部屋が点在していて意外と広いです。その中でも予約した部屋は最高のビューでした。上下2部屋と屋上テラスのセットの建物が入り組んで建っているので場合によっては部屋のビューはありません。ただし、どの部屋も屋上に上がれば素敵なビューを、楽しめます。今回はフィリピンの有名観光地の上に休暇週間ということでなかなか希望通りのホテルと部屋が見つからせんでした。せっかくの絶景ポイントなので景色を優先的に考えていたので、尚難しかったたのですが、訪問の数日前に見つけました。カップル利用のつもりがシングルベッドのツインというのが気になりましたが景色優先で予約しました。

We came with our family of 6. We reserved 2 rooms with best view of tagaytay. This is the only thing good about this

Great view but nothing else....

Room is good overall. But the reason I booked there was to relax and I was not able to. It was a long walk since the ebike was out of service. Internet acess is almost inexistent inside the room. It is not very accessible if you don’t have your own vehicle. The staff are nice though. I thought there is a hot tub inside the room but there isn’t. I wonder why they only turn the sauna and jacuzzi during the day until 6pm - it is weird. Since again, I was there to relax and expect not to walk too much.

. There’s an area that’s open sewer that smells like crap. Location of our room is quite far where you could park your car. it requires assistance to carry your luggage. There was a time we needed assistance that we waited a good 3 hours bec. their golf cart/e-bike run out of battery charge. Their bathroom—shower walls are visible with molds in all areas. Ants are every where inside the room.

Disappointed with how the location of the rooms too much climbing of stairs , no restaurant in or around the property ,conditions of the property is deteriorating, we were moved 3 times because of problems with the room they need to update their pictures and reviews the place is not what we expected

This is an older property but very beautiful. The staff is very kind and courteous and they work hard to make it nice. There are a lot of stairs and walking so if you don't want that ask for a room close to the lobby.

The property is way too far from the pictures. The room is so outdated and dirty with mold.

The stay here was very nice, relaxing and peaceful. One small issue that I had was the WiFi. For some reason, it was difficult to connect in the room, but it connected fine when I went into the balcony. It would be nice to enjoy WiFi in the room and not having to go onto the balcony for a strong WiFi connection.

The walk to our room is kinda far, but once we have reached our room we were impressed with the view. The staff are very courteous and respectful. Staff are very honest. My niece left her gold necklace and they called us for it. Thank YOU!

Good facility but the wifi is bad.

Estancia has great potential to be a 4.5 stars if they replace their beds and towels. The beds are very hard and towels are old which feels hard in the body. It has excellent view on the lake side. The pool is clean and roof top patio is good for gathering. The toiletries are also in need of attention.

Its ok

Very disappointed.. amenities were closed. Many many ants in the bathroom and somehow a few in the bed. Not a pleasant experience overall.. balcony and view was amazing and size of room.

We paid for a lake view, and we barely got one; Mostly tree covered. The cable did not work from the moment we arrived until we left 4 days later. We asked about it when we arrived (and several other times) and no one ever followed up with us about it. The WiFi is awful. The AC is not good. The jacuzzi was closed. The restaurant was closed. The pool bar was closed. I know it’s not peak season, but these things should not be in the listing when people book. And there were ants everywhere, as well as some fleas. Two stars simply because the staff was very kind.
