We usually take trips as a family which I then book a large room. Since I was alone this time for a short weekend visit to my wife's relatives I booked a small budget room. Surprisingly it was comfortable and clean. The amenities were very nice as they had a restaurant with a beautiful outdoor garden dining area as well as a beautiful cozy indoor dining area. Next time I visit i will book a larger room which does look beautiful on the website.
More importantly, I have to give big kudos to the staff who were all very friendly, nice, and helpful. The front desk staff are excellent!

We usually take trips as a family which I then book a large room. Since I was alone this time for a short weekend visit to my wife's relatives I booked a small budget room. Surprisingly it was comfortable and clean. The amenities were very nice as they had a restaurant with a beautiful outdoor garden dining area as well as a beautiful cozy indoor dining area. Next time I visit i will book a larger room which does look beautiful on the website.
More importantly, I have to give big kudos to the staff who were all very friendly, nice, and helpful. The front desk staff are excellent!

The property needs an update. You can smell the sewer or clogged pipes inside the room where we stayed. There are also noted molds in the toilet, few cockroaches (unsure from where) and ants (bed/flooring) We were upgraded to a bigger room which is better than the old one. However, cleanliness should be observed in all rooms. The common restroom near the reception is in bad shape making it too hard to breathe. The hotel needs an update on its plumbing and pest control. Great customer service though.

Limited choices on the menu and most foods aren’t available!
Airport transfers were a nightmare even though we pre-booked it. Upon arrival, the car was nowhere to be found!!! The worst experience was on our last day going to the airport at 4am. We didn’t know if the driver was going to turn up. Very bad experience!!!! Wouldn’t come back or recommend this hotel.

The staff are all very friendly. The front desk are always very helpful and knows what they’re doing. Restaurant staff needs more training on customer service. It takes forever for them to take our orders considering there are so many of them just hanging around doing nothing.

Fernando’s has incredible staff. From the front desk to housekeeping, maintenance, security and restaurant. They are friendly, attentive and helpful. The location is perfect for a stay in Sorsogon City. The museum, market and night market are all in walking distance to the hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend Fernando’s.

I always like to stay at Fernando hotel in Sorsogon city. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and parking is available. They also have one of my favorite dish at their restaurant. I enjoyed my travel to Sorsogon staying at Fernando s that they help me solve problem I encounter in between.

Beautiful outside dining area, until 4 people lit up cigarettes. That was the end of our outdoor breakfast. In the hotel advertising, it stated that smoking was prohibited on the premises. Not true. Very disappointed.
