バスターミナルやSMバギオから徒歩圏内のデザインホテル。スタッフはとても親切。設備も綺麗。

部屋は小さいが清潔。残念なのは窓ガラスが汚れていて、水滴が定期的に内側のレールに落ちていた。部屋に置いてあったのは水だけで、冷蔵庫もポットも無し。大通りに面しているので車の音がうるさいが中心街なので仕方ない。

1基しかないエレベーターが滞在中（2泊）に全く稼働せず。最上階9階の部屋を割り当てられたため、えらく運動させられた。また、食堂では、アルコールの提供がないというのには驚かせられた。ほかのホテルも提供しませんと言われたが、本当かな？ 木材がふんだんに使用された、コンパクトで、印象深いホテルでした。

Very small room for 2 queen beds and no cabinets.

Basically paying for the location. Certain rooms are designed weirdly and makes no sense. Get charged for extra towels. Parking is a nightmare. No fridge or microwave. Water gets all over the floor when showering.

The location is the best, its walking distance from SM and restaurants

If you are here for business it’s very convenient and walkable to the city . For a vacation the place is too noisy rooms are not noise insulated you can hear the traffic/ cars too noisy you won’t get to sleep. Not a place to rest.

The hotel was so nice looking and the staff are very friendly. There are some problems like the shower’s water pressure being low, but overall I very much like the hotel.

Good location, but rooms rather strange and quite small.

The room was just ok, the windows opened to the stairway where people outside could see inside. It didn't have a closet, It needed a chair or stool in between the 2 beds, the beds were great, aircon was also ok. We stayed at the 4th floor (a floor below the lobby) so we could hear people if they were particularly noisy outside. One morning, a bunch of people were singing songs, and we figured they were having an event. No, it was just people singing at the buffet. I complained to the lobby that they were very noisy, but we should have not complained in the first place, and they should have told them to keep the noise level down when they started to get noisy. Other than this, it was an great stay,and we would stay here again.

Lodging is at the city center and SM mall and session toad is at your doorstep. For the price, it should at least have a real mini fridge that cools your drink, a cable tv, and a tissue box provided. If this 3 are provided I would have given 4 1/2 stars instead of 3 stars. Rooms are very clean and the bathroom stuff are provided such as: liquid soap, shampoo, body wash, towels and tooth brush & tooth paste.
