Many thanks to the staff. Ate Meriam and Ate Monique were very very helpful and so friendly. Perfect place to explore the city. Not too far but still close enough. Definitely will book another stay on our next trip.

It was an amazing property, except it’s hard to get to it because of flooding.

Stuff are good and helpful, there is no kettle, no tea and no coffee, no refrigerator no safe box , no toiletries unless you ask for it , they switch the air-condition as soon as you go out , takes hour to cool the room again, very far from the city centre .

Highly suggest Hotel.com send the confirmation to hotels before our check-in date. We arrive at the midnight but the hotel couldn't find our record. But the service is friendly and helpful.

Very cosy and peaceful place to stay of you want to go around Puerto Princesa. Rooms are nice and clean and breakfast is good. The owner is a lovely person and makes you feel really comfortable and is a really good host. Hotel arranges tours for you with hotel pickup. Overall we loved our stay here and would book again if we happen to revisit Puerto Princesa.

Very close to the bus terminal, nice room, very simple breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay at GiLin Pension House. The staff was so helpful and considerate. They assisted us in booking excursions and they really went the extra mile to make sure all of our needs were met. The rooms were clean and most importantly the water was nice and hot for the showers. Highly recommended!

The place is great. The staff were amazing especially Lito,Mayer, Marilen, Anaya, and everybody. A great hidden secret in Puerto Princesal!

Hotelli on todella siisti ja hyvässä kunnossa. Hotellin sijainti on laitakaupungilla eli palvelut eivät ole kovin lähellä, Robinson's Place Palawan on noin 2km:n päässä, keskikaupunki on ainakin viiden kilometrin päässä. Sijaintinsa puolesta erittäin hiljainen ja rauhallinen paikka. Sai nukkua yönsä rauhassa, ilman kukkojen kiekumista jota esiintyy Filippiineillä yllättävän paljon! Henkilökunnan kielitaidossa on parantamisen varaa, yleensä turisti ei puhu tagalogia! Aamiainen sisältyy hintaan, mutta keitetty riisi, kuivattu kala ja paistettu muna ei maistu minulle, joten tyydyin perinteiseen aamiaiseeni eli pelkkä musta kahvi. Mutta kokonais arvosanaksi annan kyllä hyvän!
