I want a refund. The staff weren’t accommodating at all.

The stay was good! They have clean linens, available towels and clean bathroom facilities. We'll definitely come back here again. If your purpose is to relax, this is one of the best place to stay at. Although there is a minimal noise coming from the trucks and cars passing by, over all it was still good.

I enjoyed my stay here. Awesome, clean and perfect location. Near to transpo, malls and entertainment. Best ever compared to other 3-stars hotel so far.

I made wrong reservation. This location to much traffic for meeting point in order to pick up in the morning to go out from the town.

The room's ac does not seem to make the whole room cold. Plus we had to pay extra for parking. Was not informed of that. Had I known, I would have booked at a different hotel

The hotel staff was entertaining. The place was good and the room was very clean and awesome. I think the management should add a pool, canteen, and improved laundry service. :)

staffs are not so accomodating. Can't bring food inside the room, and issuing only one card.

Very thin wall. You can hear everything from other room. The TV, the people talking and you know. Wall made of flywood istead of concrete.

I always booked hotels, using app and I expected that the room is not that nice, but it's the opposite. I was amazed, how clean and nice it was,, relaxing ambiance and very satisfied with my stay in the hotel. thanks

Hotel bersih, kamar lumayan besar proses check-in cepat dan resepsionis sama securitynya ramah dan sopan. lumayan jauh dari bandara naia, Tergantung situasi jalan.

The view from our room is majestic. The room was that we had was very homey. We enjoyed our 1 night stay at this hotel. Although we had a small problem with our stay, the window on our room is detachable, so you can't really open the window, the lights on the bathroom flickers, if you use the shower.

The room was okay. The only problem was it was not sound proof. Kaya rinig na rinig namin yung katabing room na nag uusap. Yun lang naman. All in all, okay naman 👍

Bagal ng Service. Inuuna ang mga Biglaang Check in, least priority mga online booking. Khit 3 sila nsa reception.

Walls are really thin. People next to our room started arguing early in the morning and we can hear every word. Also the bathroom design is very odd you can smell something weird coming from their drainage and other thing is you need to pay for your dental kit and slippers? Elevator makes weird noises as well.
