グランド ロベルトズ イン

This Inn was just new so everything was so nice, clean & comfy. We always had a good night sleep since every room was quiet. They provide almost everything you need inside the room, clothes rack, mirror, table, chair, phone, lamp, and plenty of sockets for charging. Facilities was overall good. They're also very accommodating & helpful, we took late check-in and it was hassle-free. Also they have free unlimited distilled water for guests! With Pros, there are also some Cons: 1) Toiletries was incomplete during check-in. I had to ask reception to get the full pack on my 2nd night and they provided it complete. 2) Heater was a bit difficult to adjust but you'll get used to it. 3) A/C temp was ok for me. But for people who want colder temp might need to adjust a bit. 4) No windows and own food service, but for me not really an issue. They do have snacks & cup noodles just in case you want. 5) TV was small but I don't really mind because I was always outside and this room is more than enough to have a relaxed & undisturbed rest. I liked it better than the hotel we've stayed at Vigan. Overall Im satisfied and will recommend this Inn. I hope they'll maintain the cleanliness of this Inn because I'll definitely stay here again once I get back to this place and visit my friends :)
