Very good accommodation, and very quiet place.

celebrated valentine's day here. Not sure if they offer room set up. but I did set up the room myself 😁 breakfast is amazing. but room needs sound proofing and carpets needs changing. we stayed at 1st floor

Okay place to stay. The complementary breakfast was okay. Close to Makati City Center, airport and Intramuros/Rizal Park area. However, the room was damp. Friendly & helpful staff.

nothing really the hotel felt creepy. there is something haunted in that place

• The entire room stinks because of the improper cleaning of their carpet. It’s still wet when we checked-in to the room. • One bulb does not work. • The choices for breakfast are very few, and there’s almost no food around 8am when breakfast supposed to end at 10am. • The towel sheds, leaving a lot of lint to the guests body and clothes.

This hotel's staff were not actually friendly and not polite. Most specially in a front desk.

I don’t like to stay in this hotel anymore it because there’s unexpected noisy inside can hear the noise voices of the other guest from next door side bide it’s seems no by covered so clear to hear the voices from next rooms unit nothing could be privacy!!! Bathroom so narrow and water so slow and smelling unsatisfied I just stayed to passed the nights!!!

Clean and with good ambiance, the staff was very accommodating.

Location is good. We have stayed several times in this hotel and we don't have any problem - everything is ok for the price. However, this time the sheets particularly the comforter, we find it itchy it seems like it was not properly cleaned.

I had the most wonderful stay at this Hotel. It was clean, peaceful and it has friendly staffs. I enjoyed their breakfast buffet as well. Will definitely comeback soon 💯

The hotel has good facilities, very clean, the staffs are very much accommodating, and the breakfast buffet is comprised of nothing but good food. We have been a regular client, been coming back for about 10 times now since August 2018.

Poor Customer Service, you need extra patience contacting front desk whenever you need something since it took them too long to answer your call. Also during our stay in their twin room we we're provided with one bath towel only despite having the two of us staying in the room we tried requesting from the front desk but they did not answered our calls and upon our check out the housekeeping was looking for another towel because according to her she provided two towels. Such a ridiculous manner and a disappointing stay

Carpeted floors were not properly maintained nor cleaned. It stinks so bad. We didn't have a good night sleep because of the smell.

We inquired at their FB page a day before if we could avail early parking, and they responded yes as long as we satisfy their requirements. However, we were still declined by a specific guard when we arrived. I complained this during our check in and the receptionist appologized politely for it and grant us valet parking.. then at room 177, the aircon broke down several times, in the middle of afternoon, before we sleep and in the middle of the night. =( therefore our sleep was so uncomfortable but the staffs immediately responds whenever we call at the front desk. We woke up late bec of it, and we almost missed the breakfast -- 9am and there were only 3 viands left (quite unsatisfying). Nevertheless, it is still one of my "go to" hotel bec of its location and value for money.

The room exceeded our expectations, It was spacious and clean. Bathroom needs work though but that's me nitpicking. Hotel staff are very helpful and courteous as well.

The value was excellent compared to other hotel. Also they have lovely staff.

It was a nice place. Very clean and staff were friendly. No bidet though. But everything else were very good. Food at the bistro was great too. Acoustic band while dining. Nice! Will definitely go back!

very spacious. everything is fine except that wifi connection is a bit slow and there's no signal inside the room
