最高のホスピタリティでした。 とにかく、困った時の対応が素早くかつ正確に汲み取って頂き感謝です。ホテルの設備や清潔さはもちろん良いですが、それを以上にスタッフ皆さんのおもてなし精神が素晴らしいホテルでした。

最初からエアコンが効かないなどの不都合がありました。 それ以外は、快適に過ごせました。 あと、目の前にSMがあるのが良いです。

Very Good service.

部屋の内装コンディションは申し分ないがお湯の温度が安定せず冷たかったり熱かったり で困った。雨が降ると雨音がひどいのにも閉口した。

小さな都市で、価格が高かった割にはいまいち。３スターに近い４つ星。 これでもＧｅｎＳａｎではベストなのかもしれません。 ＳＭモール以外にも２つほどモールが近いので食事やショッピングには便利でした。

The people were friendly. Room was clean.The problem is i was charged extra $300 pesos for pink soap possibly staining the floor towel. Also charged an extra 2% and up to $500 pesos per person taking the free shuttle for traveling from airport to the hotel. Heads up!!! Shuttle is only free for one who booked the hotel. Even if you book it with additional people. I guess they want your family to walk. I will never go or recommend them to anyone. It would be different if the driver said your family cost extra. Or the lady at the counter said, your family cost extra. This is one the highest recommend places to be. Such a disappointment with hidden fees. Maybe it just extra for America people. Beware of hidden cost when you get ready to leave.

Everything good, but breakfast not the best, unless you’re a Filipino. But breakfast is also for Westeners? Hotel management should ask themselves this question. Also remember to keep food hot! Hot cold food absolutely not very delicious. But very kind employees. Luxury rooms too :)

Staff and accommodations were fine. We had a problem with the parking. It’s difficult coming in and going out. Very limited space for vehicle to park or even for quick pickups and drop offs.

Beautiful facility and Excellent service by the staffs and the convenience of transportation, dining and just across the street is the SM city.

The Hotel is located perfectly across from SM mall and easy walk to Tuna Park and other locations. Staff is terrific from checking in Summer did a fantastic and professional welcome. The morning breakfast is prepared wonderfully with great staff like Keeth. Definitely a perfect stay if in Gensan.

Good loxation

Overall, a very decent day and I will stay there again at some point on my next vacation to General Santos. I guess my biggest disappointment would be that the breakfast buffet was fair at best because it didn’t stay stocked very. Also there was only one elevator in working condition through my entire weekday, making it very difficult and time-consuming, waiting for one elevator.

Location is great, directly across from SM Mall of Gensen, that means many food options. The room design and deco is a little old, but clean, the desk lamp didn't work in my room, it keeps flickering, but i just had it off, so there wasn't an issue. Breakfast was good, next to the pool.

I liked: comfortable bed, working A/C, nice size room, good breakfast buffet, friendly staff, airport shuttle I didn't like: that I had to ask for an iron, very loud disruptive party next door to me that kept me awake for several hours!, that I requested 2 bottles of water from the front desk...and never received them, that the fitness room was so limited.

Excellent service and amenities!

This was the worse service, at the airport they told me the tickets i paid for on expedia is canceled and made me buy new tickets. I want my money back from expedia
