We were supposed to check-in on a Saturday but when we are the venue they said there was no room available even when our booking was confirmed. They rescheduled us to check-in on a Sunday. On sunday, 20minutes before the check-in time, they called me telling me if they can cancel or reschedule because there was a problem with their aircon. Since we went to the venue twice already, we decided to push through. The room smelled of cigarettes and it was dirty. There was hair all over the floor and the room was poorly lit. I wasn't able to sleep in the unit since it reeked of cigarette odor and I was pregnant. The floors were also very slippery for some reason.

I stayed here with my best friend back in Feb 23-24. I have quite a few things to say. So for starters, the host made us wait at the lobby for more than 30 minutes. They told me their staff was accommodating another guests at other unit they own but they knew our check in time so they should've expected us or had another staff to accommodate our check in. Second, when the staff came she didn't even offer a word of apology for making us wait (which I simply dismissed since we wanted to check in already). When we got into our room, the staff didn't even offer any explanation or anything regarding the use of amenities in the room (which is normally what the hosts do, to explain to the client the do's and don'ts) and straight up asked for security deposit of 4,000php, which I think us ridiculously pricey for a deposit since from my experience with staycation (lot of experience), it's usually around 2,000php or none at all. After she got the deposit, she left immediately. I had to locate the wifi by myself, and the TV won't turn on 'cause the cords and everything are just so messed up. I contacted them through viber but they don't know how to fix it (which is so stupid in my opinion, I mean it's the unit you're managing. duh?) after i've shown them the photo of messy electric cords and staff, they just left my message on seen and did not reply to me at all regarding that matter which is very unprofessional. Even when checking out (which I informed them 30 mins earlier) they were late. Even the room is bit dull. Dark red walls, dark blue bed, and dim light. and the interior wasn't decorative at all. Bed and sofa were really comfy though so plus point for that. And the location was convenient and accessible so another plus point. But overall, it was unsatisfying. My bestfriend and I just wanted to relax and chill but the lack of help from the staffs stressed me out.

During our stay in their unit. There are many roaches! And it crawled on us physically during our stay it even bit me on my hand also, the vent in the kitchen area is not working same with your stove. It's very unsatisfactorily. Hoping you'll fix this sooner so that your clients won't be dismayed. Hoping you could give me discount voucher becacuse we did not enjoy our stay. Its very not good!

Staying in this place is a nightmare! From booking the room til the very end of the experience had been very stressful for us. First, the reception was very rude and had no regard for customer service. Rhea, the receptionist was making her own rules and kept on lying which can be gleaned in the inconsistencies of her statements. It seemed one of her job descriptions is to pissed customers. Their check-in time still at 3PM, but we were already at the hotel around 1PM, so we asked for an early check-in. However, they were asking us to pay Php1000.00 for a two-hour advance check-in which we find very unreasonable. I would understand if it were an early morning check-in, but it was past check-out time (12 noon) already. Second, they like to keep you waiting. Because they won't allow us to check-in early, we had to leave for a 2PM appointment so we had to deposit our bags. We waited for 20 mins for their agent to arrive at the lobby to assist us with our bag deposit. What's stupid is sending a petite lady to carry 2 large backpacks from the hotel to the other building across the street (designated deposit area is there). Considering the lady's strength, we opted to deposit our bags to the other reception area (not theirs). In the evening when we were ushered to our room, even with advice that we are arriving, we still waited for 10 mins for their agent. While still in the elevator, their agent (not in uniform and looks like about to scam us) was asking for an absurd deposit fee of Php4000.00 for a night's stay. This is twice the room cost, and something I had never encountered in any hotel before because other hotels usually asked for a bond equivalent to your room rate only. Because we were not prior told of this policy and having no enough cash in hand, we had to surrender my passport. Finally, the most disappointing part is the plight of the room. The auto-lock door knob was loose and not screwed tightly therefore leaving a feeling of insecurity because that is the only door lock. A whole on the wall was taped and looked like something was stuffed inside. The things inside were unruly and disorganized. The sofa was very dirty, and so as the kitchen wares. It seemed that the bed linen was unwashed. The toilet has no hot and cold and the sliding door was broken. We even saw a cockroach on the wall. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anybody. This place even has to be closed for that matter if these things persist.

No parking lot for guests. You can only park your car in a mall parking where you need to pay 500 per night and it’s very far from the hotel. WiFi not working! No drinking water available nearby! Nice place to take photos though. But I would never recommend a condo unit for rent to a friend!

I have been able to stay in both Gramercy (abbre G) and Knight's bridge (abbrev K), both were okay, one was just better than the other. Both have wonderful receiving areas and very accommodating staff. They were very professional in receiving clients, residents and guests. Both were conveniently located at makati's busy district and was accessible from several spots around Poblacioc, Makati. The room at G was far more superior than K though. The TV at at K had horrible resolution, the bed was creaky and it was just a bunch of mattresses stacked on each other. They kept on slipping off from each other. The room we got at the 42nd floor had a nice view of the Makati skyline. Check in time was also a drag (3 pm standard check in time) although they tried to accommodate us earlier but it they weren't able to. The pool was spectacular however the construction of nearby buildings kinda disturb the view. nevertheless, amenities were perfect! Great stay!
