The accommodation is good, but the receptionist is quite rude.

It's a subtle setup. A great place to crash, for families and couples alike. It's close to the Marketplace and Convenience Stores. The only issues I encountered were, WiFi connections are weak on the higher floored rooms which became a struggle for me as I needed the internet connection to do my work and the second thing is that the mobile phone number provided in my voucher was outdated and when I contacted it, it was the previous owner of the hotel. Just minor problems that didn't hinder our stay much. Food was great, safe parking space, good view, and the caretakers were very helpful and friendly. I am surely considering this place as a go to on my future trips to Tagaytay.

The place was a little too far from the mall and restaurants, so it's not recommended for those who travel without their own vehicle. But the staffs were very hospitable and the room, overall, was great for the price.

Clean and relaxing and just a few minutes from Picnic Grove. I wish we stayed longer.

Hotel is basically new therefore still looks good. But the food does'nt taste good.

My stay was awesome, though the hotel looks relatively new, the staffs are friendly and accommodating, I will surely stay here again and again, highly recommended.
