It was late night reservations and I am very tired. I called the attendant before arriving at the hotel and he was able to confirm my booking and assign a room. Check-in was fast. Property is secured. Theres a starbucks around the corner and McDonald's beside it. There are a lot of restaurants around the area. Vista Mall is also in front of the main street.

This was a stop on my tour of the Philippines. The area around the hotel is well maintained with common western merchants around like McDonald’s, Starbucks, and anytime fitness. Staff was nice and helpful, the breakfast was nice and had a western serving style. The rooms had nice beds and pillows. The showers were hot and the AC was so cold I had to wake up and turn it down the first night. It was a happy surprise since some of most of these are missing from other hotels or airbnbs in this area. If you’re on the fence about this hotel vs an Airbnb don’t think twice and book this hotel for your stay!

リラックスできるだけでなく、スタッフの皆さんがとても親切で気配りしてくれたおかげで、滞在全体がさらに充実したものになりました。資格試験の前日に宿泊したのですが、庭で勉強していると、スタッフの一人が私のそばに扇風機を設置してくれました。頼んだわけではないのですが、その心遣いには本当に感動しました。スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で協力的なので、どんなことを頼んでも気まずくありません。朝5時に起こしてほしいと頼んだところ、10分後に電話がかかってきて申し訳ないと言われましたが、それでもありがたかったです。試験中、荷物をどこに預けようかと心配していたところ、どの部屋にも泊まっていないにもかかわらず、ロビーに置いておくことを提案されました。荷物はきちんと管理されていて安全だと分かっていたので、迷うことなくその提案を受け入れました。実際、試験後ホテルに戻ると、バッグは預けた時と同じ状態でした。最後にもう一度、着替えたいのでコンフォートルームを使わせてほしいとお願いしました。迷うことなく快諾してくれました！受付エリアのコンフォートルームにはエアコンが付いているのも嬉しいポイントです。滞在中は本当に恵まれたと感じました。こんな体験を「自分にはふさわしくない」と感じていましたが、彼らは「グレース」レーンという店名に恥じない対応をしてくれました:) 絶対にまた来ます！（おそらく、ただリラックスして、この場所全体と素晴らしいサービスを満喫するためでしょう。）
