Small room, cheap but safe enough. No blanket. Air-conditioning too noisy. Fusty smell inside due to lack ventilation. Stinky smell outside surroundings due to open sewers. Worse bit woke us up @ 2am telling us we only have 20mins to pack & leave or pay extra day's rate when check out time was12pm. Travellers beware of Budget hotelier.

Our stay was good, near the town Center and Basilica de sto Nino. Downside there is no hot water.

Staff is very nice, room is clean and accessible

The hotel is perfect. The aria is old and very busy. But if you want to see the old center and the Basilica the Santo Ninõ. Or go to the boat Pier 1. Than I would advise this hotel.

Poor quality of sheets bed, itchy or small insects. No problem to change and upgrade the room. Room is so so and it’s not a executive room.

Mye for pengene, delig med romservice 24/7. Leverer alltid meget raskt, innen 10 minutter ellers bestillingen gratis. OBS ingen vinduer på rommene. Bra sikkerhet på hotellet

Every thing was good but the annoying thing was the loud (music) noise which was heard till dawn.

The area around the hotel is very crowded and dirty. it's not a place to stay. I left the hotel after 2 days.

This hotel was full of cockroachs it was gross. I was having issues with my A.C. and asked the front desk to fix it they never sent anyone I had to pull someone from a hallway to ask them how to work it. The walls are thin so I was able to hear my no so quite neighbors the time I stayed there. The only good thing about this hotel is the room presentation. Other than that I would not recommend it.

This hotel is where locals can take a woman from the area to have sex for a short period of time. I saw 2 rooms both seedy and smokey before just deciding to accept my mistake. The manager said ALL rooms are smoking rooms and the 2 I saw had ashtrays. This was pretty much the only accommodation available last minute through Expedia during Sinulog in that area. Short-time hotel rates for 1,2, 4, and 12 hour stays posted on a sign right on the front desk. Wish I had booked further away and taken a chance on transportation to Sinulog. It just seemed to good to be true...... and was. Live and learn. A smelly uncomfortable night.... I checked out at 2AM. Be warned.

Thi hotel was not what I had expected at all. Although it all worked out in the end,it took a long time for them to locate my booking. It is not a typical hotel, which is fine if you are looking for a 'special' Filipino experience. I was surprised as the description of the hotel made it seem appropriate for two girls to stay the whole night.
