WIFI is sometimes no good

アンヘレスDAUターミナル近くに有り、交通・食事・スーパー買い物など便利。一見利用者が多く午後2時頃でも３組の若いカップル、２組の夫婦がロビーで受付順番を待っている。日本で既に予約・支払い済みであることを伝えたが順番待ちで１時間以上待たされた。部屋が空きしだいのチェックイン受付との事。部屋は４階の道路側で小さな窓から通りがよくみえる。カラオケの音が騒がしく朝の５時まで続いた。このホテルには２度と事前予約をすることはないだろう。

窓が極小、しかも内側の通路に面してるのでとにかく息苦しい。

部屋の電気はとても暗く、カビ臭くてたまりませんでした。スーツケースを預けることも不可能で、ヘアドライヤーの貸し出しも無し。バスターミナルに隣接しているという点で、クラークの中では好立地のホテルだとは思いますが、オススメは出来ません。

I have been to this proprty three time this past year and no matter which online travel agent I use the hotel can never locate my reservation. This time they gave my room away and gave me a different room smelling of cigarettes. They need an IT person to fix their computers so that customers won't be treated like this. The plumbing is poor, doesn't flush properly, and the the sewer smell emanates from the drains.

Everything ok, except the wifi connection

It takes time to checkin and the toiletries provided is limited. I have to asked for another one.

Staff were smart helpful and efficient. Room was smart and clean and shower hot. Air conditioning was old fashioned and water was dirty light brown. Offers and service were very good

Receptionist got confused as my sister went to check in as I couldn’t make it to the trip. They’ve also charged her for dental kits when she asked but it’s supposed to be included for staying for 7 nights which was later corrected by a staff member. They’ve also called her that she got 20 mins to check out when it’s only Monday and check out is Wednesday. I think staff needs more training and improving customer service.

Their night shift supervisor was kind to assist us and did his best to accommat what were asking.

I heard one staff member saying” that’s why I hate foreigners” the rest of the staff were really good and went out of their way to help. A fairly pleasant experience.

2 minutes away from bus terminal

It’s ok

concierge good they do well, food is good room is good for my day I sleep well coz I’m so tired on my trip. Evening time brush and use basin is choke - move us to horrible room noisy aircon bus trycicle even next room here they shower midnight that’s my nightmare I experience in room 211 suggest only they should separately oversea booking to daily booking special d room if guest can sleep well or not as we pay correctly.

Our second stay at this hotel, We still had to ask multiple times to exchange dirty towels each night. Also, very disappointing that we had no Wi-Fi in our room. The shower drain was slow so the bathroom flooded during each shower. Desk staff are fast but also very cold and too business like. Room and other staff are very friendly. Hotel is very well kept and maintained.

Clean, Quiet and right next to the Dau Bus Terminal. Wi-Fi was strong. You need to ask then call multiple times before they exchange your towels. Desk staff seem rushed and too business like. Poor customer service manners.

Mosquitos in the rooms.pls make sure eliminate those.

We love the jacuzzi and the place was clean. Prompt service and they ask if you need any assistance in gettin grab taxi
