Satisfying stay. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Room is clean.

I have checked in at this hotel for many times and as usual, it was a pleasant stay. I should mention, however, that the room were we stayed has an almost disfunctional airconditioner as it takes about 20 to 30 minutes to cool down a small Premium room. Luckily, it was a bit rainy those days so it was not really that hot. The staff, on the other hand, has significantly improved their "hospitality" so kudos to whoever is in charged. But, again, I must mention that there were several instances where we could hear people shouting on the hallway and surprisingly they were hotel staffs, too. What is worse was it usually happens pass midnight. The food remained tasty and satisfying.

Room is very clean but wifi connection is still intermittent.

The receptionists are getting better in terms of customer service. Wifi connection is always slow and can't even download a video.

Hotel Sogo Cubao has always been my first choice for a hotel when it comes to convenience and cost. The location is just perfect for guest who will be coming from the North via provincial bus and the room rates remains the cheapest among hotels of its kind. This is my 5th time in this hotel and I can say that a lot has changed since the first time I stayed here. The reception staff are a lot more accommodating and way friendlier than before and the same goes with the cleaning crew, security guards and food service staff. The hotel food, on the other hand, is cheap but taste good.

For staying on an "executive room", I'd say that the experience in general was unsatisfying. Firstly, the reception staff were very unwelcoming. It seemed to me that they were proud of something that I have no idea of. They spoke to me and to other guests, as I have observed, as though they were not happy that we were there. Secondly, the room where we stayed on was warm. I found out on the day that we checked out that the aircon's evaporator was clogged with ice, which was a clear sign of malfunction (I am an engineer). We did not complain about this condition because it wasn't that warm on the first day. But, like I said, it was hell on the last day. Well, for someone on a tight budget, I'd still recommend Hotel Sogo. I believe the aircon incident is completely isolated but the employees attitude, I believe there is a huge room for improvement. I believe they require more hospitality training. Attention Mr. Gus Corpuz. God bless us all.

Transaction was easy, although the assigned manager from the reception area had a hard time dealing with a booking.

Please make your WiFi connection stable and every rooms are free from hairs from the previous guests.

WiFi is not working on room 430

食事も良くなってきていますし、エグゼクティブルームも最高です!

The rooms are much better now. Just need to work on the air conditioning and WiFi connection.

Good service though sometimes there are issues with the the air-conditioning.
