The room is not the same level as mentioned in web site. First there was no hot water when I come, it was fix later when I complain. The room is so dirty the cockroaches every where in the room I have complained but no action has been taken even in the the restaurant toilet has a lot of cockroaches, room is noisy I can heard the people down stair, no refrigerator in the room. The only good in this hotel only location only it is near Robson mall. The staff is friendly. I will not stay again. I'm totally not satisfied.i can give one star to this hotel.

Nice and good hotel, but don't close swimming pool in the middle of the day for work. Nice personal but to much noise from parties. We like it after all

An awesome place to stay in Roxas City. The staff is friendly and the hotel is kept clean all the time. The free breakfast that is included in our booking is very delicious.

Clean hotel and the location was great. They even have free shuttle service going to the airport. But I kinda wish they have a hair dryer in the room.

This hotel is perfect for families. Rooms are spacious and nice with comfy beds. Staffs from the hotel restaurant are so friendly, polite amd helpful!. Definitely worth your money staying here.

I usually chose other hotels in Roxas City but to my curiosity, I booked this hotel two months before our scheduled date- 1 premier room which is good for 4 guests, that I clearly indicated in my reservation. I called the hotel by around 8pm to inform that we will be checking-in in 30 mins and the receptionist checked our reservation and then confirmed ok. We arrived at hotel by 8:30pm and when we were checking-in, the receptionist told that the premier room is fully occupied. How come it was occupied? I booked this room 2 months in advance? I got confused what reservation and confirmation meant in this booking if in the end its not actually been reserved. They upgraded us to Junior Suite without any additional charge and they will just add extra mattress because the suite is good for only 2 persons. So I thought its just ok since its an upgraded room. Junior Suite is what they called bridal room with King size bed. You will be amazed in the first glance. But! Don't be deceived by the looks. Disappointed! 1. We felt like we entered into sauna room, the did not get everything ready before letting the guest in, despite of the information that we will be checking by 30mins. 2. The personnel who assisted us to room doesn't know how to open the aircon, so she said she will call somebody to assist. But I can't wait anymore so I tried to try on, luckily it worked. 3. The room hasn't been cleaned enough. Dusty in speakers and TV divider. Bathroom floor towel might not been replaced, it looks used. 4. Bathroom tissue hasn't been replaced/refill. 3. Complimentary bottled water. I need to call the reception to confirm if there is because there was none found on their suite room. They said we are entitled and they will send it to our room. 4. Complimentary coffee. I need to call the reception again if their complimentary coffee (3-in-1 nescafe) should be two because there's only one in there. (I just thought of drinking coffee with my aunt that night so I asked about it). They again said yes it should be two, they will send together with the complimentary water. 5. The mini fridge is off, of course because they did not put any drinks in it. 6. No hot shower! The water heater is broken. Oh so bad my 1 year 9 month daughter needed to take and resist the cold water shower that night and in the morning. 7. Bad smell in the morning. I thought it's my daughter, but definitely not from anyone of us. Was our room really upgrade?

You cannot say anything regarding the cleanliness, comfort, and the location of this hotel. The rooms are clean, the lobby is clean, the bathroom is clean (they even have bidet in the toilet). The beds, and the room itself, are so comforting that I don't want to leave the bed and just stay inside of the hotel for the whole stay!! It is just across Robinson's about 2-3mins walk and if you're a little lazy to walk, you can ride a tricycle for 8php each. The only thing I don't like about this hotel was the breakfast that was included in your booking. It was just normal. It doesn't taste much but its not bad. In our case, we are 4 persons in the room (2 adults and 2 seniors) and the included breakfast is just for two (which is normal for hotels) so we've decided that me and my mom will take the breakfast at the ground floor (it is where their restaurant is located) and our 2 lolas will be staying in our room and will be just room serviced. The price of the food was okay, not too cheap and not to pricey. Price ranges for the breakfast menu was 150-250php. What's pricey is their room service. When you ordered food, they will ask for a 100php service charge which is, for us, is quite pricey just for bringing the food up there. But overall, we got a nice vacation thanks to Hotel Veronica!! And I must say a very nice pool since it is overlooking within the city! Perfect for either morning or evening. And aside from being pricey for the room service, I will still give them 5/5 for the service since they are so accommodating. All of them, from their guards up to their waiters, receptionist! All of them! They will give you what you need with a big smile on their faces!! So, thank you Hotel Veronica and see you soon again hopefully next year!!
