What a Jem!! Don’t pass up on this relaxing stay

If you’re looking for a peaceful and quiet stay, I recommend this hotel with stunning cliff / ocean views. The luxury villa was so worth it. The staff is friendly & the place is clean. I felt so welcomed and truly loved our stay! It is farther away (30 mins) from the main town with restaurants & bars, but we didn’t mind at all.

While I do not particularly like Kawayan's check-in procedures, everything else was pleasurable. The staff were polite, helpful and accommodating. The entire property was clean, secure, serene and offers a wonderful view of the ocean. I was glad we didn't have to request cleaning of our villa. Their housekeeping attendants do this every single day. Food tasted good, too. I love how they receive guests with a welcome drink, cold towel and a complimentary water tumbler. And because we need to check out early to catch the 820am ferry to Bohol, I highly appreciated that sandwiches were offered instead of the usual breakfast. I was even happier to receive these in insulated sandwich bags, yay! It was certainly worth coming back. Thank you, Kawayan Holiday Resort!

I considered a resort that isn't easily accessible to enjoy less crowds and this was it . Please do research regarding location and ease of transportation when in this area . No public transportation in this island ie taxi , jeepney or bus .These should be helpful to know. The staff was excellent.

A one of a jind property and location. Great villas and overall layout. Very quiet and a little isolated but thats part of its charm. Great for couples.

I highly recommend this place if one is looking for a serene place to relax and unwind. The stairs leading to the beach is an allure of the property. The staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. We enjoyed ourselves without having to worry about rowdy crowds and loud patrons.

Très bon séjour au calme car éloigné de tout avec un personnel adorable. Bonnes plongées mais très chères pour le pays. Restaurant moyen sauf les diners du jour très bon. Le gros défaut c est le défilé quotidien et incessant des personnes de l extérieur qui viennent se prendre en photo sur l escalier menant à la mer et devant les transats de la piscine, vous vous retrouverez dans une attraction touristique, peut être rentable pour la propriétaire car l entrée est payante mais complètement décalée et irrespectueux pour les clients de l hôtel qui se retrouvent en maillot de bain devant des instagrameurs endimanchés. Cela a gâché notre séjour et nous aurions aimé en être informé avant de réserver

Staff was 100% and treated us like family for our 5 day stay. Nice snorkeling and diving from the resort staircase. Meals were great and included complimentary breakfast. Overall excellent stay

The food, every meal, was amazing!! The staff went out of their way to give us a level of service I have not seen in years. The owner was present, friendly, and made sure we were happy. The property is amazing and the sunsets nemorable. Will DEFINETLY stay here again!!!

We had an amazing stay. The staff was so helpful and sweet. The food was delicious, and the rooms were even better than in the pictures. The view was stunning, and the sunsets were incredibly beautiful. The only downside was that many tourists came to take pictures of the view from morning till evening. Our room was nearby, so people often took pictures in front of it and were quite loud, which forced us to keep the curtains closed, so we couldn’t fully enjoy the view from our room. The resort is a bit far from the center, but you can book a scooter through the hotel to get around the island. Overall, it was fantastic, and we will definitely come back.
