Always our second home away from home! Staff delivers a 5 Star Service! Breakfast is always awesome. The team strives to excel the best service and the Hospitality was amazing and treats us as family.

Room on first night was absolutely terrible. No windows, no natural light, and awfully noisy wall mounted a/c. Complained next morning and to their credit they moved us into a much nicer room (3027). Every room in this hotel only has the noisy wall mounted a/c so the older the a/c, the noisier it will be. My partner slept with earplugs every night. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Especially the pool area. Given that the Radisson is nearby, in a very convenient location, brand new, and only a few dollars more a night, that is where we will be staying in future.

Love this place.. rooms in chalet can use renovation. Water leaks on the floor due to poor placement of air conditioner, fridge is really old and non functional. Staff are fantastic always are helpful and one of the reason I am generous to them. We received top-notch customer service from the staff. Staff went above and beyond in delivering excellent customer service. We were impressed by the outstanding customer service offered by them whether you are in the lobby, buffet/ breakfast place, spa and pool!! Clint, Maricel (massage therapist), Jonell (pool gentleman) were fantastic kudos to them!! Thank you all. Ps they didn’t charge me for stained towel due to my dyed hair!!! Thank you! Will come back and can work around older rooms.

I love this hotel, have been here 7 times now and always give it a visit whenever i am in phil, the area is pretty safe and amenities are excellent, variety of the buffet breakfast is what draws me back everytime and staff are always so pleasant....some rooms are a bit dated but they are renovating the rooms a few at a time...pleasant experience

A nice place to stay in Bacolod City. Facilities are a bit old, need refurbishing, not so clean as it used to be.

Our stay was ok. King bed was comfy. We got a spacious bathroom. Needs upgrade with their water system. The water in the shower smells rusty. It was a struggle looking for parking spot. Lots of selection in the breakfast buffet. Overall it was ok.

Nice modern hotel good location and nice staff

Love the staff, very friendly and pleasant. Food is wonderful . Prize is good. Room is clean, but need some upgrades.

When first booking the chalet I was mislead. The chalet looked like it was in front of the pool. I definitely wouldn’t have paid what I did for the room. Otherwise it was clean, comfortable and the free breakfast was good.

The property was so dated. Shower head not working properly. They need to renovate the whole place . Location is good but they really need to make some big changes

The place was located in the center of the city which is nearby to the mall. The staff was really courteous and very professional when it comes to customer service. Hope come and enjoy, experience the relaxing stay in this hotel.

Wonderful staff and service was so efficient from the beginning and the end of our stay.

No carpeting in the hallways makes for a very noisy in room experience. Children screaming makes it sound like they are in the room with you. The lighting makes the room feel like you are in a cave. Hotel room has LED lights that run cool white (5000K), which is very unattractive in any indoor room setting. Hotels need to change to warm white (3000K), and use brighter output wattage. The experience was so poor in room condition that I had to move the tower #1 at the L'Fisher, on the other side of the hotel. This really is a 2 star hotel experience for people that have had an extensive traveling experience. Unfortunately there are only two nice hotels in Bacolod city, L'Fisher, and Seda.
