部屋は綺麗だが立地が良くない周りは汚く野良犬が多くいてシービューの部屋も全く景観は楽しめるものじゃなかった

My family had an amazing and enjoyable stayed at this hotel. The staffs were very professional, friendly and kind. The buffet price is reasonable as everything was excellent. It's likely that we may book our vacation again at this hotel in the near future.

Not far from airport, nice views from infinity pool

The penthouse swimming pool and skysuite were awesome. Affordable and good for family gatherings.

The room is not properly maintained bathroom has mold behind the sink.

Niemals das Standard Zimmer Buchen das Bad ist so eng die Tür geht nur ganz knapp am WC vorbei. Die Wände sind so hellhörig mann kann einfach alles von nebenan hören ob man es will oder nicht

I would not come back again, it was dirty and just felt like a 2 star hotel trying to be a 5 star. I don’t know if it was just because of the price per night but at the price it was set at, u would not come back.

Staff was amazing and very friendly helpful room was outstanding and great view of the bay

What we like was the pictures. Looks so clean and new. When we checked in staff was very nice and helpful. We ended up no eating breakfast buffet because we lost our appetite when we sa roaches in our room. We booked 3 rooms along with my teo daughters and their room also had roaches. We won’t stay here again

Staff was quick to respond to our request to clean the room upon our arrival. We checked in to our room and found some stains and hair on the sheets. When we notified the front desk, they quickly sent someone to change the sheets and vacuum the floor. I took photos of the stains and hair that I found on the sheets and dresser. When I was getting ready to take a shower, I saw a roach crawling on the bathroom wall and did find one too as we we’re getting ready to check out . I did take a photo/video to show to the front desk. Also, there was a sign on top of the toilet roll cover that says, “Please throw used toilet papers in the garbage can.” I told the lady at the front desk that it was a very unsanitary and unhygienic rule to follow. The buffet service was great! I
