I would like to express how deeply unsatisfied I am with my stay. On arrival the member of staff who was on the front desk seemed confused with my booking email. After 10- 15 mins of waiting I was then told that there was no hot water in the room which was being allocated to us. When we were showed to the room it was full of damp, my partner is asthmatic and I tried to tell the person on reception. The language barrier was quite apparent and I was told ‘no rooms’. As we were in a foreign country, unsure of the surrounding area we had no other option we decided to accept the room. During the rest of the stay the electricity turned off almost hourly meaning the air con, television and one light in the bathroom would all turn off sporadically. As the room had black out windows the room was impossible to see in and we were having to use the flash on our phones to get any form of light I’m sure we can agree this is totally unacceptable. This was the first time I have used Hotel.com to place a booking and I would have hoped the businesses used would be vetted to a higher standard

Super gutes hotel sehr freundliches Personal und sehr gute Zimmer.. Ausblick auch gut. Lage top in 10 Minuten ist man im stadzentrum zu fuss. Zum strand sind es 6 Minuten mit Motorrad taxi... Nur leider gibt es nur eine bier sorte im hotel red horse

This inn is basic and doesn't have breakfast in the price. I've been in other better inns/hotel with cheaper price with breakfast included already.location was good,along the road,walkable from town proper.room was clean but just small space.no cabinets or chairs to put your things.no hook or hangers to hang wet clothes.wifi was poor inside the room.breakfast is with additional cost but its not tasty and with just 4 choices.they allowed

Close to the beach but no hot water and the bathroom gets flooded when you take a shower

It was ok for its price. Staff people are very nice. Space was good for me being solo but may be challenging if 3 people with luggages. Only problem was there was no hot shower water on my 2nd day. Somebody probably accidentally turned it off .

Great location walking distance to town. The staff are friendly and helpful. The place has just the basic amenities. Decently price compared to other places nearby. Has a great patio to sit and relax after going to the beach or doing some tours. The only downside is that it can be noisy at night as it is by a busy road. You'll hear some roosters and dogs barking at night but that is common in most places in Palawan.

Nice hotel... would have been better if it wasn’t windy and they canceled our trip that day.

The bathroom was a bit damp,fan was not working got woke up early on two mornings because of staff playing music loud.did ask for bathroom to be cleaned but with no luck.there are better value for money hotels around, but with a few changes could be a nice hotel.

Just a good sleep cause we need to leave early and come back at night

They were very accommodating. They were able to set up our tours and ride to Puerto Princesa airport at the last minute.

Vi havde reserveret et værelse med en dobbeltseng men fik i stedet et værelse med 2 to senge, en enkelt og en 120 cm seng. Vi spurgte, om vi kunne få et værelse med en dobbeltseng, men det var ikke muligt. Hotellet ligger på en virkelig travl vej med ganske meget trafikstøj fra tidlig morgen til sen aften. Der er ikke noget varmt vand på badeværelset. På hotels.com oplyser de, at der vil blive rengjort dagligt. Efter første overnatning havde de ikke ordnet værelset og da vi spurgte hvorfor, sagde de bare, at de troede, at vi forlod det dagen efter trods for en 3 dages reservation. Efter anden dag fortalte de os, at de havde glem det, men gik da op og fejede værelset og skiftede håndklæder men de glemte at ordne badeværelset, efter vi havde gjort dem opmærksom på deres forglemmelse. Vi havde bestilt morgenmaden og den var yderst spartansk og man måtte gå sulten derfra. Dertil serveres kun kaffe og vand, så hvis du vil have en kop te, du selv skal medbringe den. Personalet er flinke nok men ikke det mest serviceminded. Det mest positive er at der er varmt og koldt drikkevand til rådighed hele dagen. Dette sted burde ikke have mere end en enkelt stjerne. Pris og kvalitet har absolut ingen sammenhæng her.
