個室内に多少の手狭感はあるが、豪華なステイを望まなければ必要十分。質感も悪くない。 ただし市街地に位置しタワー型ではないため、景観は望めない。 一方、特筆すべきは共用部の広さであり、広々として解放感にあふれている。 コスパで考えれば、利用価値は十分に合格点だと思われる。また利用したい。

The place where I stay is clean but there some issues about water overflowing when taking a shower

Nice clean hotel 💖

this is the terrible place i have ever been. and they called this room an executive suite??? bed bugs, filthy floor, dirtiest and stinkiest bathroom ever.. the ceiling is broken and wild open.. we left this place as soon as possible. it was like a horror abandoned hotel.

Shopping and convenient

at the reception the check-in time is 15 although I received an email from the hotel with the check-in time 14

The transfer of elevators was a little inconvenient. However, I appreciated when they allowed me to check in at 2pm when I showed the email informing me about that when their actual check in time as posted at the Front desk is 3pm.

There are many details that are opportunities for improvement at this hotel. Our room phone did not work, which I mentioned three times to the front desk. No resolve. Our safe needed a code which we inquired about with the front desk. No resolve. And, little touches like a floor mat in the bathroom, and a holder for the bar soap would be appreciated. When we asked about the loose sink faucet, we were told that there were many like that. Really? Then, why not fix them?

i don’t like the washroom, too filty need upgrade. saw cockroaches running around. Stains on bedsheets.Old towels. No hand and face towel, will ask you to pay. Breakfast is lousy. They even hide the buttet and said no more butter. They bring it out inly when you are mad and comment that you paid for breakfast and nothing to eat.will not recommend this property.I have ti called the maintenance 3x. One for the TV, 2) for the toilet 3) for the table lamp-switch is loose.

Location of being besides Lucky China Town Mall and divisoria area where we can buy different merchandizes at a lower cost and wholesale price. The staff are nice and has very good customer service.

Convenient

Was great to be close to Chinatown. Nothing Wong with the price and service at all. The bathroom enedes a deepcleaning which is why I am giving it a bad rating on cleaning.

Great staff. Conveniently located to main attractions. Many dining options. I booked this hotel for my parents who have mobility issues so they could experience Binondo and they were not disappointed.

A lot of food selection as there is a mall beside the hotel.

AC was nice, first Night no hot water second Night had hot water.

Love it

Minus the convenience of the location, the hotel itself was very disappointing. Stained rugs in the lobby and in the room, stained side bench in the room, no towels , broken desk lamp. I don’t think it’s fair for me to blame it on the staff but I have a feeling it is just poor management. Comfortable with the fact that their location offers the best in the area and so there’s not much effort in being able to provide a cleaner , more pleasurable hotel stay. I have always stayed in hotels during my travels and this one definitely did not meet my expectations even when comparing it to the other hotels of the same type category.

Clean but no smart TV

The hotel is good for the price. Room not spacious. Bathroom lacks more amenities. No hand towels, no wash cloth, and shower room feels unsafe especially for the elderly or seniors. No hand bars to hang on prevent slipping . But the hotel is just at the side of a large and beautiful mall. Very close Divisoria for shopping. Enjoyed our stay 😃😃
