環境良し。静かで庭がリフレッシュできる。ただし建物が古く清潔感に欠ける。

The pool was full of algae and dirty. Essentially paid for a service we couldn’t use. Besides being dated great place.

The rooms are spacious, lobby was creepy. Breakfast was superb. over-all, it was an okay stay

Located close to restaurants and stores. But fare enough away that we felt secluded.

Receiving guest is okay but after office hour there’s only 1 guard in entire facility with so more than one building. Our AC was not working and couldn’t find the remote. When we found the guard he doesnt know what to do, so we have to figure it out our self and have to climb it to press it manually. There should be at least on call maintenance 24/7 for a luxurious hotel.

Very nice get away, even in off season, friendly and attentive staff, very clean.

Hallway carpet needs an updrade.

It was supposed to be a nice stay, but the moment we arrived we had some issues with the TV - it was unplugged, ( the lamp was also unplugged) - we could not put it in the socket, the housekeeping guy needed to get an extension cord. And then the AC ( most importantly) turned out it was not working well, it’s not cooling enough, we waited for several hours until we called the housekeeping ( again) he arranged for us the other room to sleep in for the night. Such an inconvenience. I hope you guys can sort this out before assigning rooms for the guests. The room though was big.

Rooms are a bit old but they're still kept clean. The pool was quite good and well maintained. Was just looking for an outdoors place to hangout but I think they were doing renovations on their other pool and garden area.

Hotel's facilities are old, and transportation from and to the hotel was not convenient. Transportation is available from hotel, but it was not available easily. Probably old days were good at this hotel, but right now I cannot say it's still that way.

that they ample parking space, place looks neat. I understand that it is an old property but it lacks electrical plugs and the fridge has insects like cockroaches.

Overall not a bad stay.... Food wS tasty and good quality. This hotel has beautiful gardens but lacks maintenance and good housekeeping. There was often a bad smell in the drains that had to be attended to but worst was the cockroaches and lack of detailed cleaning. Housekeeping needs some serious training in cleaning detail and coming out of the hospitality industry it was very noticeable the lack of effort put into room cleaning. Would stay again for a short visit at a push but not a long stay.

Sounded good on paper but was disappointing in reality. No wifi in rooms, only in lobby. Food very limited and not well prepared. Pool rather dirty. Rooms in very poor condition, not maintained at all. Really does not deserve 3 stars

A rundown hotel that once must have been very nice. Simple breakfast but ok taste, no brewed coffee. Pool area is not well maintained and there are evidence of algae Location is a bit out of the main areas of Tarlac. The place is okay for a few days but nothing to shout hooray for..

No comment at this time. Overall I’m satisfied with my stay.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staffs were very accommodating and friendly.

the room itself is old but clean worst bathroom live adult cockroach which i killed and left in lavatory sink (i can send you picture if you want) shower area theres a lot of black molds around the corner, toilet bowl theres stains i dont know if cause of age or not cleaning

wifi can not be connected. But it is always a lie that employees have already fixed it. smell in the room. It is the worst hotel.

The area right where the hotel is located is not well kept, overgrown weeds and neglected landscaping are all you see as you drive up to the hotel. The property clearly needs maintenance, and updates. While the staff was extremely friendly, unfortunately I would not recommend staying here. AC is from various AC units, a large plug-in unit in the restaurant only when they turn it on, and wall units in each of the rooms. Hallways are not air conditioned. They did do a great job of breaking up their wifi into separate groups based on room #. Signal was not that bad. The glass shower wall was covered in soap buildup, and we did not get hot showers in our room. There were little red ants found in our room, and even in our bed. There is an odor in the hotel, and it seems to be due to the carpet that clearly needs to be replaced at this point. The highlight of the property is the cook in their restaurant - every meal we had was delicious! I would come just to eat at the restaurant, it's that good. But I would recommend trying another hotel down the street which is part of a large, America-based company, instead of this hotel.
