Luxur Place

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at your hotel. However if you can kindly improve the restaurant, I did order but most of the food that I originally wanted was not available due to the changes as per the personnel. It would have been better for convenience. Thank you.

My family and I have been coming back to Luxur for 10 years now. Yes, it is an old building with a few cracks here and there, but it has more structural integrity, charm, and functionality compared to other hotels (old and new) around Bacolod. Location is great and easily accessible. Their standard room is spacious and homey. I particularly love the cleanliness -- bathroom was spotless, the interior floor was squeaky clean, and sheets smelled really good! Everything else worked brilliantly -- the aircon, hot water in the shower, clean towels, keycard, etc. And any issue you may have, you can easily settle with their always polite and helpful staff. You will never regret your stay here! Other people seem to complain a lot about the noise and crowd from the call center situated at the annex of the hotel, but I never had any problems of that sort.

Bath tub is too small. The TV is not working properly. You get a place to stay, that's all. But I think there are other hotels that are way cheaper and better. Pros: We were allowed to have an early check-in at no cost.

Mediocre. The “high” price does not match the “mid” level comfort quality of the room.
