付属のレストランで食事して会計500ペソ。支払いはチェックアウトの時でOKと言われてサインだけした。しかし、チェックアウト時に1000ペソの請求。訂正を要求して500ペソに収まったが、訂正を要求しなければそのまま1000ペソ取られてたと思うと納得いかない。 シャワーはお湯のレバーにしても水しか出ない。海でこれはきつい。 プールは泳がなくもないが、水の衛生面は不安。何かとろみを感じたし、塩素消毒や水の濾過循環とかの基準は日本とは違うのだろう。ホテルのプール、という雰囲気を味わうだけなら良いかも。 スタッフは若くて可愛いらしい子が多かった。 爪切りを貸してほしいとフロントに頼んだら、別の場所にいた他のスタッフの私物を貸してくれた。優しさを感じると共に、ホテルに用意されてないことに驚いた。 3月末の利用だったが、夜、部屋に虫がたくさん入ってきた。 南国の雰囲気は味わえるホテル。

Traveling with my 15 year old daughter, I knew i wanted to be near the beach and the strip. This place was conveniently located right on the beach and just a two minute walk to the strip. When not in the ocean we enjoyed the nice pool. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel property was clean with friendly staff, and the room was nice, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The property is a typical simple room. We just don’t understand the salutation that everyone is giving to every guest , for us , we really don’t appreciate it .. this particular salutation is given for Muslim when we went to visit Dubai .. and Kuwait ., this is Philippines , !!!the place is conveniently located right in front of the water .. it is an okay accommodation , just get rid of the salutation

Though there’s a lot of renovation and the elevator was broken during our stay, the staff and their service is highly recommended! Staff checked our needs often and accommodated us very well. The food was very tasty and my kids loved the Filipino breakfast options!

The staffs are wonderful! Comfortable bed and clean room. Unfortunately there was a terrifying big roach on the ceiling. Given that incident I still give this hotel 4 out of 5 rating. It is super close to everything specially the beach! They also have wonderful singers that comes every night for live music while having a drink on their bar or while swimming in their pool.

We had the best service we have ever received traveling. The staff were so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay White Sands is in the perfect location. The food and beverages were delicious and priced well.

It’s a very decent to stay

Personal som inte kan sitt jobb. Blev väckt med konstiga frågor. Fick säga till 4 gånger om att TV inte fungerade. Hissen trasig och inte lagad på 4 veckor. Totalt sett ingen trevlig vistelse

Helt ok Tråkigt att man inte lagar hissen. Trasig i minst 2 veckor För övrigt trevlig personal.

Conveniently located on the beach. The staff are very nice. However, we stayed in a room where the shower door doesn't close and there's foul smell coming from the drain. We asked for an odor remover to be placed in the bathroom, worked for a bit but ended up changing rooms after a day.The barriers on the stairs also broke while we were there. Elavator doesn't work but we dont mind taking the stairs.Breakfast is ok. Stained one of the pillowcases so i have to pay for that. I didn't mind, its written in their rules. Overall, the stay was ok.

Really enjoyed my stay here and all made possible only by the outstanding contributions from the staff working at this place. Highly recommend this place, right next to the beach. Plenty of local amenities and amazing sunset view. The hotel was really nice to stay at and the staff were just amazing. The ladies at the reception were really helpful and the young lad on the top floor got all the cleaning done at a speck. Anyone staying here should definitely book here and I’m hoping they’re paying them well as the staff went on and beyond.
