ルームオーダーメニューに記載されているものを持ち込み、冷蔵庫に保存しただけで2000ペソの罰金を請求された。それなら、禁止されていろもの、例えばカニを注文した場合にも罰金を上乗せすべき。外部のスーパーで買い物をして、翌日其の儘持ち帰るだけで、周知せずに罰金をとられるのは心外。waveされたが、当該行為につき謝罪せず。最悪マナー。

Very convenient, accessible to the airport and nearby business area.

The room was dirty, and the bathroom wasn’t clean either. Very disappointing.

Initially I was in a room facing the road which it’s not a sound proof room, you can hear the noise of the tricycle and the noise from the lobby too , request granted to changed a room facing the pool and that was great and greatly appreciated.

Solid hotel but the rooms are old. There’s air conditioning and it gets the room super chilly which is important in a hot city.

decent hotel and nice rooms!… food is a bit pricey but nice staff

Staff were kind and helpful, but the hotel is quite old and in need of maintenance. When we first checked into the bridal suite, the smell was awful — like a dead rat covered up with air freshener. Thankfully, we were able to switch to a junior suite, which didn’t have the smell, but the ceiling was peeling and showed signs of AC condensation. On the plus side, the air conditioning worked really well, and breakfast was decent. The room was also a bit noisy since it was close to the road. A standout was the front desk staff — they were superb when we checked out, which left a positive impression. However, overall, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless some major improvements were made.

It is a very nice place to stay in Zamboanga. The staff are so friendly and approachable. The breakfast is very good.

Very good and attentive staff

the hotel is convenient and comfortable, with pleasant staff. Avoid the rooms that face on to the main street because of the traffic noise, but the front desk people moved me immediately on request to a back room. I will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable bed and clean room. I was informed that my original room did not have a window so i had to pay more to upgrade my room. Breakfast was below average.

I usually stay at the Marcian whenever i go to Zambo. Staff are pleasant, location is good and its a great option if this is your destination

The hotel is very nice, parking was available, staff was friendly, room was clean and I felt safe. Hotel is walking distance to the party venue. Breakfast was included, with custom omelet, local mango juice & fresh fruits.
