a bit expensive but not clean so need to do some improvement

Bathroom is unkept. Drainage was not working. We had to go to the other room to bath. Room is old. They need to refurbished. With the same amount, we could go to other hotels, plus breakfast. They don't serve breakfast and they even don't have service water. When we borrowed their spoon & fork, it was as if it wasn't thoroughly washed. All in all, the whole thing is really dirty. Not a pleasant place to stay for rest. Good that we're only there to put our things, sleep & go.

If you're looking to stay in Tagbilaran City and you will be out most of the day, this one's a good choice, well, because of the price and that's it. You will get the basics, cold air-conditioning and a fairly comfortable bed. However, the pillows are small, and don't ever let the sheets fold away as you don't want to see what's inside. I haven't tried the shower as the shower head looked dirty and appeared to have not been used for quite awhile so had to stick with pail and dipper. Check-in was instant! You go inside, tell your name, and the staff will lead you directly to your room, no questions asked!

It's very secured. But I stayed for 3 days but they did not bother to change the beddings.

When we arrived at miles hotel,doon kami nilagay sa 2nd floor,napansin agad namin na parang napabayaan na ang hotel kasi ang dumi ng paligid.at hindi maliwanag ang hallway nakakatakot, nang makarating na kami room namin nagulat kami kasi sobrang dumi lalo na yung cr,nangangamoy, kaya kinausap ko yung staff na linisin ulit,grabe talaga ,no choice na kasi kami kasi gabi na at umuulan,tiniis nalang namin.. not recommended talaga.

The aircon is not functioning well, the toilet door cannot be properly close (you need to lift and push hard to close because the lower connector was broken), wifi is available only at the lobby but it is super slow.
