目の前がプライベートビーチなので、ほとんど独占状態で遊べる。ただすごく遠浅なので潮が満ちてないと、膝上くらい。でも、のんびり過ごすには、部屋もホテル周りもキレイでとても快適だった。ホテルの人も親切。 オスロブでジンベイザメと泳ぐには、特にツアーはなくホテルの前から路線バスに乗って行く。

先日、このホテルを利用した者です。 まずは、立地条件から。目の前が海で、このホテルまでの行き方も、セブ市にあるサウスバスターミナルから一本で行けるということからも、とてもいい条件にあると思います。 スタッフの方々も、フレンドリーで、3泊の滞在だったのですが、また行きたいと思える程でした。 改装中の箇所も、何箇所かあったので次行くのが更に楽しみです。

セブ島南部の田舎町の浜辺の宿です。ダイバー向け。僕は手前のアルガオからさらに南部のボルホーン辺りの自然観察目的でしたので丁度良い位置にありました。目の前が遠浅の浜で敷地はそれほど広くありません。屋根付のプールは夜10時まで。宿のスタッフは夜8時半ころには帰ってしまい、その後朝まで警備員さんが一人常駐しています。みなさんフレンドリーでとても親切です。 行きは空港からタクシーで2300ペソ＋給油500ペソ、夜7時半出発で9時45分ころ到着しました。約束の時間より遅れてしまい宿のレストランは閉まってましたのでタクシー運転手と一緒に車でちょっとだけ引き返して24時間営業のレストランで食事をとりました。 帰りはスタッフの勧めるまま宿玄関先に停車するセブシティ行きのバスで朝6時出発。大きな荷物も車掌さんがトランクに入れてくれます。乗り込んでしばらく走ったころに車掌さんが精算しにきます。終点セブまで100ペソ。8時過ぎターミナル着。メータータクシーがたくさん待ってますのでスムーズ。空港に9時ちょっと前着、300ペソ弱。ずいぶん安くすみました。 部屋は値段相応の設備。冷蔵庫の設定が強すぎてビールが凍ってしまい弱めにダイヤルし直しました。エアコンはちょっとうるさいです。シャワーは手持ちもできるヘッドでお湯も十分出ました。掃除は行き届いていますし、ベッドメイクもきちっとしていました。快適でしたので2泊延泊しました。

最初に予約した部屋は便座が壊れていたし、部屋にハエが多かったので、デラックスルームに替えてもらった。部屋の広さは良かったが、浴槽のお湯が出ず、シャワーの排水も悪かった。

All personnel were nice, we feel comfortable and safe.

The room and bed are just in the fine category. The bathroom and shower are a disaster, with broken shower head and leaking/running toilet. The lighting in bathroom is horrible.

Good restaurant. Rooms ok but lacking maintenance. Swimming pool not very clean.

It's a nice place. With good location and nice restaurant. I had booked my partner in to one of the newer rooms. She had complained to the reception about having. O TV signal for night time and the WiFi being really bad but no one came to fix her TV and she had no TV all night and WiFi might as well have been non existent. Apart from this it is generally a nice place to stay.

The bed, 2 twin beds pushed together. The sheet was to small for the bed. Bed side tables would be nice.

Location is good. Although beach is not that clean but were so thankful of the swimming pool with a roof.

We booked this place as a stop gap. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. The best available room was a room with 3 single beds and a mattress on the floor. We took it. We checked in early, and after being shown a double room (the receptionist didn't look at our booking!), we arrived at our triple room but with no extra mattess. We asked about this and were told one would be brought up later. We went out had dinner and returned 4 hours later to put the children to bed only to find no extra mattress. I went to reception and ended up being asked by the security guard to help him carry the mattress up to the room, he also gave me a sheet to carry, with which I made my own bed! To add to this the door to the bathroom was extremely squeaky and woke everyone up every time someone used the loo in the night. And finally they tried to charge us again for the extra mattress as we checked out!

The hotel stuff is very friendly but the rooms is not clean.

The resort was easy to find as it is situated along the road and there was a signage indicating the name of the place. We felt comfortable during our stay. There were also stores selling food and necessities nearby. The shops were accessible as we have our own motorcycle. However, the flow of water coming from their shower is weak. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay and will visit again if given the chance.

Myself and my fiance stayed here and the location was great and the view was fantastic. Great place for diving just walk in and dive as im a deep sea diver myself so this place was great and the staff were very friendly but the bed linen was not changed only made up again I told them that we needed new bed linen bit they always just make up the beds again. I had put a towel on the bottom of the door to stop cockroaches coming in and to my shock they just came in and stepped over the towel and didn't even pick up The towels and Did not leave new ones until I asked them for some and some soap too. The bed was very dirty and both myself and my fiance were itching from the bed bugs in the bed and the linen and the pillow cover was all stained we had to put our t shirts on the pillows to cover the stains.I am very disgusted with this place.

We just used the swimming pool. There were only 1-2 guests in this old but big facility. There is something wrong about this facility.

Leaking toilet, very, very noisy a/c, shower drain blocked . TV not worling
