ワン クレセント プレイス

旧正月シーズンのため、一カ月前でも予約が取れない状況だったため、初めてのボラカイということでよく分からずにここを選択。一番広い部屋ということもあり、３泊でしたが一泊2万円でした。感覚的にはピークシーズン以外なら半分の値段でも選ぶかどうかの水準と思いました。ビーチ、メインストリートから少し離れているので、鶏の鳴き声を聞きながら読書するにはいいかもしれませんが、ダイビング目的ならば、ビーチ沿いにもっと便利がよい場所はたくさんありますし、落ち着いた場所が良ければステーション1の北にある豪華ホテルの方が良いかと思いました。スタッフの応対はまずまずです。

スタッフの皆さんは感じがいいし部屋も広くはないが荷物を広げられます。 朝食はフィリピン、アメリカン、ヌードル、パンケーキ から選択&マンゴーかバナナ、珈琲か紅茶、ジュース。お腹いっぱいです。 私達は安さで選びましたが...メイン通りから奥の道へ、更に民家の砂利路地を100m歩いて行くので毎度足元が泥で汚れて嫌な思いをしました。 海までは3分位でしょうか？メイン通りに出て建物の隙間を抜けると海です。 海岸を歩いて20分位でDモールに着きました。帰りは子供が居るのでバイク(60ペソ、観光客チャーター)運転手にホテル名を伝えても分からない人もいて着いてないのに降ろされた事も(涙) 初めてのボラカイ旅行。カティクラン空港↔︎ホテルの移動を空港職員に勧められ1200ペソ(大人2)高かった！帰りは自分達で正規ルートを使ったら360ペソ位でした。とにかく変な勧誘が多いです！ 両替は羽田みずほBKが3.0、マニラ3.6、ボラカイ3.5、日本の方が良かったです。 旅行中、日本人にお会いしてないが韓国人&中国人が多く驚きました。物価は観光地価格で日本と変わらないか、高い位。子供におもちゃを押し売りされ100ペソ(360円？)渋々買いました。

部屋の広さはそれほどありませんが、スッタッフは皆礼儀正しく、親切です。 部屋及びホテル内はいつも綺麗で最高です。 ホテルの場所はメイン通りから少し入ったところにあるにで、最初はわかりにくいですが、ビーチに近いので、荷物があるときはすぐに置きに戻れるので便利です。 朝食は4種類から選べ、お味も満足で、常に気を配っていただきました。

This was a great place but what made it extra memorable was the staff. Ruby was the best and absolutely wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!!

Hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. In house laundry service was very convenient and affordable. The breakfast each day was always very good.

I booked a room for my parents for their wedding anniversary and they enjoyed their stay. Staff are welcoming and helpful.

One Crescent provided a very pleasant, comfortable stay. The staff, most especially Ruby, were very helpful, kind and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and I myself would stay there again in the future.

Walking distance to beach, Willie's rock and the main road. The staff are absolutely amazing and accommodating!

Context: Traveling for film work (1 person) Pros: 1. Location: One Crescent Place is tucked in a quiet and scenic nook on Loop Rd on the island. 5-minute walk from the beach and even less to the main road for public transportation. 3. Service: Excellent and they help with your belongings. They have a connection for scooter rentals. 4. Hospitality: You are greeted when arriving and leaving the hotel. 5. Food: The free breakfast is filling and homey. The options are pretty good. Classic continental; pancakes and bacon. Cons: 1. Accessibility: Not suited for people with disabilities. No elevator. Kindly request the driver to pull in front of the hotel for easier loading/unloading.

I really liked this Hotel. Its back about 2 blocks from the main road so you have to walk a little ways off the street to get to it. Its mixed within a Filipino neighborhood so you get a kind of local experience. The rooms are clean and reasonably priced. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only issue is there is no elevator, but the staff carried my bags up and down the stairs. Its located in Station 1 so it is much quieter than other parts.

화이트비치와 가깝기는 하지만 처음가면 정말 당황스러운 골목길 안쪽에 있다.(비치뷰는 없음) 1월말에 갔다왔는데도 여전히 공사중이었고, 오후에는 공사소리가 있었다. 그래서 오전에 나가서 저녁 늦게 들어옴 서비스와 조식은 굉장히 만족했다(현지식아님) 침대2개있는방이었는데 상당히 좁았음

Bed bug first night. No hot water too for three days. Photos shown on the website and here are untrue. Not clean too. Do not recommend. I had to move to another hotel. This hotel does not grant a refund of the rest of three nights for their wrong doings.
