ワン パーム ツリー アパートメンツ

台風19号で台北の直行便がキャンセルになり，マニラ経由で行くことにした．マニラへのフライﾄの中で予約．このアパートの入り口にガードマンに事情を話したが，印刷物か画面を見せろと言われた．もちろん印刷物は無く，WifiもつながらずノートPCの画面も見せられなかった．メイルを送ってくれていれば，Wifi無くとも，どうにかなったと思う．結局，１時間を要し，中には入れず，別のホテルに宿泊した．金返せ！！左の画面に表示されている日付は間違いで，10/13ー10/14が正しい．

Nice place, clean, close to everything

Even when i had an confirmation and already paid for the romm. They could not find it and i had to leave the place at 1.30am at night in search of another hotel . Terrible communication and reception has no facilities or systems to check. It is only an entrance to a studio. Apparently they have enough bookings so do not care to be customer friendly.

Unprofessional and unprepared. Messaged two days before arrival and never heard back from property. Arrived on time and front desk had no idea about reservation or the location of the property. Phone number is a voicemail only in a language few would understand. A person showed up at the front desk after we requested a cancel and refund from Expedia. The person who showed up seemed unconcerned about the situation and resistant to finding a solution. We booked another unit and it was amazing. I would never book here again. It felt more like a scam than a legitimate rental. This property should be removed from Expedia.

We needed to stay close to the airport, and this One Palm Tree apartment was perfect. The owner and Mr. Mark were excellent communicators. Mr. Mark waited for us to take us to the apartment after a late evening arrival from the USA. I enjoyed the balcony, the washer, and the shower was great. It met all of our needs and was a great 2-day stay.

I really enjoy my stay here I will be coming back here when I come back to the Philippines I will stay here again the staff is very friendly

I've notivced that they don't change the linen only the towels, it must be days or weeks who knows when they change the bed linen.

Love this place. Ensure u print off reservation. Me being from america, i had issues pulling stuff on my mobile when i was there.

A part le wifi pourri (merci smart wifi) la connexion est bien meilleure avec mon téléphone mobile, et le fait que je n ai jamais reçu le courriel pré-arrivée du loueur de l appartement … faute d hôtels.com, cela reste un bon spot un appartement propre et confortable …àrefaire

The property is great, the room was nice, however POLICY made me change hotels. It should be advertised that vaccination records are required to gain entry to this facility as a disclosure before booking. One of my family members was not allowed in due to this therefore we had to rebook elsewhere. Otherwise, all is great.

Clean and accessible to all.

Doesnt have a gym operational as listed on the one palm side...also the refrigerator is so packed with buyable items you have no room for your own items. Also house keeping was to come once during the stay and did not. I would not recommend. Pay a little more for a merriot or something comparable

Aucune connexion internet alors que c'est indiqué dans le descriptif . Ainsi que pas d eau froide et dans un pays ou il fait très chaud une douche fraîche est la bienvenue et non une douche bouillante . C'est est ma 2ème expérience a palm villa je n y retournerai plus jamais .

Hôtel très bien placé pour une nuit en transit car aéroport très proche et pas très loin du centre-ville.

Great security. Clean. Comfy bed. Balcony was a nice treat to see the city. We stayed one short night here after 24 hours of travelling and everything was perfect except there was no warm water in the shower and it was disappointing after such a long travel day and especially since we paid more for this place than we usually do to treat ourselves after the long travel day. But otherwise a perfect stay. Normally I’m not picky about cold showers in warm climates but I just needed a warm shower this day!

Good value for money. Nice place.

I honestly love it but I hope that next time the place would have a thick blanket on bed since they dont have it what they have is like the thin sheet wherein you'll be able to put the thick blanket inside it.
