I have some difficulty with Communicate with the owner.

立地が良いです。洗面所で天井から水漏れがありました。洗濯機の中に男性用の下着が出てきました。

Great pool and small but well-equiped gym. Easy walking distance to shopping and dining in Uptown BGC.

The property location is very ideal because of its proximity to malls (Uptown Mall is connected to the building underground). Mitsukoshi Mall across the street. Restaurants , shops, banks, night market, bars are all walking distance. This is an upbeat and lively location and at safe the same time safe. The only drawback here is communicating with the property manager. It is not easy to message them specially if you are from out of the country.

Convenience was a huge factor. Communication w property manager was excellent. Very attentive and made quick repairs to bed that was damaged by previous guest. Room was clean Wifi fast and AC was cold and quiet. Overall great experience.

Apartment had a terrible smell, and the bed was broken i think. The wifi was not working and I choose this place because it said free parking. It was not free, but rather expensive. I don’t recommend!

Host answers quickly. The place is clean and well maintained. We like the unit. Its quiet and love the privacy. Near the uptown mall, across. Nice area where you can walk around, do shome shopping, dining, etc. Would book it again. Love free parking 😆.

Internet was cut-off second day because of PLDT unpaid bills notice. No hot water on the second day.

Great location. Very clean everywhere. Mattress and pillows could be a bit more comfortable. Only 2 towels provided for 4 night stay, no hand towels, dish towels or paper towels. Other than that it’s a great value.

it is a partitioned bedroom/studio. there were 4 of us and it really was not a problem. considering we only use it for sleep and shower. will not hesitate to book here again.

Clean, near alot of places and affordable

Location is quite convenient if going around. Place to stay is okay, suitable for 3pax only if you plan to stay as a group.

The area was great in the middle of everything, the property is very nice but the suite could use a deep cleaning wasn’t very clean. furniture show his age.
