温水設備完全にSTOP、クレイムも改善せず、他部屋への案内もなく、 温水ナシ、水シャワーの日々。 部屋照明が暗く、不便等多々改善の必要なホテルです。

シャワーの水が出なかった ベッドシーツにシミがあった 歯ブラシが無かった 朝ごはんがあまり美味しく無かった 年代物のエアコンの駆動音がうるさく、また全然涼しくならなかった

空港まで10分程度の市街地にあって、ロケーションは良かった。室内は、広いこと以外は可もなく不可もなく 程度。豪華さや良いサービスなどへの期待は持たない方が良いと思った。

もう結構ホテル自体が古い。初めて行ったのは20年以上前だから、古くなってて当然。 一階にコンビニがあるから、何かと役に立ちました。ショッピングモールへはジープですぐですのでアクセスは問題なし。 食べ物屋さんも周りにたくさんあります。 ホテルのブレックファーストメニューは内容か寂しいですね。これなら朝食付きにしないで、外で済ませるのもありかと思います。

it’s old but it’s quite even it located beside the road you can’t hear sounds from outside . the room is spacious

In spite of a lick of paint here and there the hotel was as I expected having stayed there before. The room was very large with a comfortable seating area and a very comfortable queen sized bed. Air conditioning worked well and kept the room at a nice temperature. Food was available on the 5th floor in a clean and tidy dining room and we were served by pleasant staff. Reception staff were very polite and friendly and could not be faulted…happy and smiley at all times.

PRO Clean and tidy hotel, very convenient for the airport and very helpful staff. Short walk to nearby shopping mall and local shops. Offroad secure parking was provided. CONS rooms need bit of an upgrade, and there were no spare power points in the room to plug anything into e.g. phone chargers. No kettle or other amenities provided though the staff supplied hot water on request.

Easy access to downtown area big spacey room

Although some areas were in need of a facelift overall we were very satisfied. We needed to visit the Davao Maritime Academy and the hotels location was spot on….only a 20peso tricycle ride away. It’s even closer the Gaisano Grand Shopping Mall with its many outlets. The staff we very friendly and helpful, they were very polite too. We paid around 4,300 peso for our three bedded room for one night. Complimentary breakfast of Bangui, rice, scrambled egg and doffed was served in our room.

Hotel is rundown not properly maintained roaches in the room no hangers no iron , overall I would not recommend this hotel

Room need to be updated, but the staff are really nice. So easy to go to Davao Airport and close to restaurants and malls, easy to find transportation as well.

Located at a street junction where jeepneys abound and a mall just across the street to buy your toothbrush and toothpaste which the hotel does not provide : ). The Pub located on the ground floor is cosy and relaxing.

Good location for the last night before your flight out of Davao. Close to the airport, a nice restaurant downstairs and streetfood around the corner. Old style, colonial, charming hotel for a fair price.

The room had to many bugs. For a low price hotel like this you hope you won't have problems but you have to expect them.
