窓なしの部屋だったので朝か夜かわかりにくかったが私は特に気になりませんでした。スタッフは口コミ通りいい人達でした。立地は本当にいいです。２４時間営業のマクドナルドとジョリビーが、徒歩１分と徒歩5分のところに２軒ずつあります。２４時間営業のチョーキンもあります。スーパーマーケットのロビンソンも徒歩5分のところにあります。それ以外にも地元のピザレストランありました。入っていないので味はわかりませんが。それ以上にビジネスしたのは海がやはり徒歩5分のところにあり、歩いて行ったらおしゃれなレストランがいくつもありました。ちょっと言い過ぎかも知れないけど、マウイ島のラハイナのような雰囲気を私は感じました。宿泊設備はともかく、立地だけでも、ここに泊まる価値があると思います。

Very small room.. But willing to stay. But no TV service or Internet .. Booked for 2 nights.. asked if I could just stay 1 and get refund for 2nd. they say No.. because I used expedia... So I left immediately.. took the Loss.. Oh well.. found a nice room near by.

Historic hotel in great location. Sadly, it is not liveable. I stayed one night. Avoid.

No 3 prong electrocal outlets

Stayed here several times when passing through Dumaguete. Nice open air breezeway. Short walk to Rizal, 7-11 across the park. Got a room with two beds, both the room and the bathroom were large, good aircon and tv. No breakfast resto anymore, but there is a new coffee shop in lobby with Filipino foods. Siren nearby went off twice around 9 & 10 pm after I was asleep👎

The property is not good the room is very unsafe and dirty and smells bad. I’m so glad my wife and my daughter stayed only for one night.

I think that the location and the fact that its in the heart of the city was a plus. I didn't like how hard the towels were -- like they were starched excessively

generally it was ok except for a noisy group of people (i don't know if they were staff or guests) who kept talking loudly until midnight.

Convenient location. Nice decore in rooms. Better ventilation and sound proofing needed. Our stay was affected by renovations, once completed it should improve things.

It's was a good choice for the money. Great location too.

Simple basic overnight accomodation, close to central Dumaguete

Nice close to the boulevard in the city, good if you need to be near the city shop or for walking in the boulevard or city

Hotel with cockroaches, unpleasant smell, a lot of noise, very small room, broken accessories, not very clean bathrooms, mattress very old and uncomfortable. Very bad experience

Cheap place to stay in but you get what you pay for. Don't expect luxury let alone cleanliness.

As soon as I arrived at Plaza Maria Luisa Suites, I was greeted by friendly, smiling staff. My check-in was quick and the private room with private bath that I stayed in was clean & comfortable. Wifi also worked well in the room. The front desk was helpful in giving me information about how to get around to the nearby towns. The location is perfect as it’s in the city center, near the Church, the public market & painitan stalls, Rizal Blvd, lots of restaurants, coffee shops or bars, and near jeepney stops. I stayed here for 3 nights and would stay here again when I come back to Dumaguete.

We change the Hotel in the night. Aircon is leaking, water in the room floor, The Manager is useless. Don't book the Hotel
