The bed is not comfortable at all, it's so hard together with the pillows. The floor is so dirty that my daughters feet are so dark since she is just walking bare foot inside the room. On our second day, I ask for cleaning, yes they cleaned our room fixed our beds together with other things inside the room but they sprayed too much Baygon and it seems like they used it as an air freshener which is not good at all. We need to open the windows and vents for the smell to go out instead. Unfortunately, the smell of Baygon stays until the next day. Not good for the lungs. No food choices not even breakfast (ham, sausage and eggs) what else, none. The room is big though and air conditioning unit is lovely. Safe is not working. If only their beds are soft and comfortable, we don't care about the rest. But it gave us back pain instead.

No hassle. Friendly staff. Inexpensive but clean.

We requested for early check in and they happily granted our request. They also allowed me to cancel an early booking mistake I made. No hassle stay. I just wish they have a mobile number or chat app that can be easily reached.
