Highly recommendable hotel, we would come back and stay at this hotel again.

our stay was nice. reception was helpful even the guard on duty assisted us to get a tricycle at 4am going to the seaport. room is very spacious. a/c is good. toilet ok. theres a 7-11 just outside the reception, and overall we had a good stay 😁

A beautifully decorated hotel right in the bustle of Dumaguete; a diamond in the rough if you will. The staff was all very attentive and any request made of the front desk was satisfied within minutes. There's a 7/11 and breakfast restaurant (Alima Cafe) within convenient walking distance. Only issue would be the street noise could be heard easily at night.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Nur ein Zimmersafe wäre noch schön gewesen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und man kann auch zu Fuß alles gut erreichen.

We have stayed here before and really like the location, but more importantly it has parking. This is tough to find in Dumaguete.

Staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful (both when checking in and also helping to arrange a hire car). Room was very spacious, clean and had everything you need. Location-wise, it was a bit away from the main centre but was very easy to get to (short 15 min walk from the port or 7 minute trike ride). It was also a short 10-15 minute ride from Sibulan airport. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Hot and cold shower: hot is not that warm but the rest was excellent

The rooms are spacious and modern. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and felt very relaxed. The staff are extremely friendly and the security guard is always on point with opening the front door. The building is clean, smells nice, and welcoming.

The hotel was very clean, very modern, and roomy. Location is great as it was a 5 minute motorcycle ride to the ferry and 15 minute taxi ride to the airport. The staff is very nice and very helpful. They arranged all of our tour activities and recommended great places to eat. Potential cons: my room was next to the street so I can hear cars and tricycles. This does not bug me, but I can see someone complaining about this. Other than that I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Clean and pleasant hotel. No places to eat in vicinity though...

too far to walk to the waterfront. staff is nice. hotel a little hard to recognize but slightly new.

Everything looks excellent except for soundproofing. Outside noises from people talking outside the room will get into the room. Or perhaps our talking will be heard outside.

Stayed at the Pvl suites for 2 nights... The hotel is New and well maintained... We didn't have breakfast there but there is a 711 conveniently located below... Check in was a breeze... And staffs were very courteous... Would stay here again😊
