I've stayed in this hotel for several times and it's always been very satisfying. The hotel's lively ambiance and it's cheerful, well-trained staff are it's best assets. The breakfast buffet is an added treat considering the hotel's affordable room rate. The hotel may be dated yet it's impeccable cleanliness, orderliness and elegance are ever present from the reception area and dining hall to the hallways and guest rooms. The comfort room was neat and spacious. The hotel's location is also the best for vacationers who enjoy exploring the city even at night. Shopping malls, coffee shops, bars, convenience stores, fast food chains, restaurants, drug stores, etc. are just a few meters away from the hotel. Fitness buffs could even jog at the Fuente Circle just across the street. It's always a pleasant experience to stay in this hotel. However, serious improvement should be made on its wifi connection in the rooms which is very poor or none at all. Otherwise, it should cease giving out wifi password for its internet connection that guests could not use because it doesn't work.

Classic hotel. The single bed room 408 was spacious and comfy. There was TV with cable, cool aircon, a desk with a mirror and a chair where you can do your work, a big closet with some hangers, wifi was ok but intermittent. Bathroom was wide and nice with a hot and cold shower, toilet with a bidet, hot and cold sink with a mirror. Only downside was the shower was weak. Breakfast was buffet style and the dishes were typical pinoy ones. Simple yet satisfying. Great service from courteous staffs who greeted with smiles. They even accommodated my request to have the chorizos I bought stored in their freezers. The location was super great right in the middle of Cebu city and near all establishments. Everything you would need is there. Overall great experience! Will definitely go back!

It was a nice experience there were no tea coffee amenities but it was not stated in the booking though, the staff were generous enough to give me what I needed hot water and cup and ice. I just wished the room had a window. Overall it was fine. The breakfast was great and filling.

Location is ok staff is nice room is spacious but aircondition is old and very noisy the room 517 we have problem everytime opening the door problem the key contact...

Perfect location for vacationers. Very accessible to restaurants, fast foods, and malls. Very relaxing hotel to stay. Its daily buffet breakfast is something to look forward to every morning.

The room is okay. Though I wish the room lighting can be "more brighter". Plus points for the fridge. The comfort room is okay too. But what exceeded my expectation was the buffet breakfast! I super love the food especially the danggit. I don't know what kind of sorcery the chef did while frying the dried fish but it was tender and at the same time crunchy, a combination of both! I also love the DIY omelette. Overall it was a great stay. My mom enjoyed the hotel too. And looking forward to book and stay again in Rajah Park Hotel. Thanks!

4 star for it! Good breakfast buffet. But the room is quite small compare to the picture posted online. Its a bit disappointing but overall, it’s satisfying and comfortable.. the location is great as well.

Generally, it's the best hotel to stay in the Fuente Osmena Circle area in terms of location, breakfast buffet and value for money. However, the hotel needs to improve on its facilities and amenities. Sagging beds and discolored, worn out towels need immediate replacement The hotel staff are well-trained and very accommodating. Still, it's always enjoyable and satisfying to stay in this hotel especially when you're vacationing in Cebu City.

The hotel is generally great because of its location which makes it very accessible and convenient especially if you're on vacation. It's close to shopping malls and fast foods. However, the hotel may appear fabulous from the outside and in the reception areas but once you're inside the rooms you will find that it's really old as well as its facilities and poor amenities. The beds are sagged as if you will sink and even the towels are worn out and discolored (grayish instead of clean white). Its facilities and amenities pale in comparison to those nearby less starred and much cheaper hotels like Elegant Circle Inn and Uncle Tom's Cabin Hotel. Still, its complimentary buffet breakfast is great and perhaps that's the only reason why the hotel is more expensive than the other hotels and pension houses in the vicinity. The hotel staff are also great, very welcoming and well-trained.

I love the location because its near to everything i need: mall; convenience stores; pharmacy; money changer; fast foods and transportation is easy. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is sumptuous and several options.

I love the lavatory since it has hot and cold shower.

The hotel has great location. However, it could do with an upgrade. The rooms and facilities are dated and showing their age. Ok for an overnight stay, but will not book here again.
