Rooms very different in the photos. No elevator and no proper aircon. Didn’t utilise the booking suppose to be 2 nights but only an hour and then check out..

I booked a deluxe room that is good for 4 pax, paid the right amount here in traveloka but when we got there, the manager gave us a room that is only good for two. Very poor customer service and not recommendable to anyone planning to book in this hotel. The smell is very unpleasant and the front desk is very uncourteous and rude.

The price is so cheap and you get a nice room with cold air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. I am satisfied with that.

the room is bigger than most hotels with same price category. very accommodating and staff. i will book it again and the near future.. I highly recommend it...

Am sorry but I do not feel good in staying there no security guards. no emergency little in pathway. No fire exit singnage and the design of the room not good enough feel like I was inside the coffin because of that design. I check out as early as 9pm because I cannot sleep. cannot recommend at all.

No water supply. Rooms not comfortable
