It is also necessary to contact the hotel for additional pre-arrival requirements, otherwise, the booking may be canceled. 2. Guests are required to present relevant documentation such as a vaccination certificate and ID to the hotel. If the related documentation cannot be provided, your booking may be canceled. As part of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions, the property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identification, travel itinerary, and other relevant information. Considering the Coronavirus (COVID-19) circumstances, we request that you check travel restrictions and relevant travel advisories before booking and traveling. 6. Swimming pools, gyms, and hotel indoor and outdoor facilities may not be available. Restaurants are open to guests who have been fully vaccinated. Al fresco dining can operate at 30% occupancy, while indoor dining can operate at 20%.
