The rates were reasonably priced, the room was clean, and the staff was courteous.

They need to work on their signal as well as network connection/internet connection.

It’s a good place to stay especially for budget travelers, you will get your money’s worth. Also, the location is accessible to all the tourist spots in the area. When we got there the elevator was under maintenance so we had to use the stairs. The staff helped us carry our luggage to our room. Will definitely come back!

Had to pay half of the rate because i checked out at 12:40pm. They could have at least given consideration since i was out. And i stayed there for 3 nights. The penalty is too much for just 40 mins of extension. Take note, just 40mins. Went back to iloilo after 2 years and chose to stay at riverside inn because i stayed there when i was a student and this happened.

My worst nightmare. It takes an hour before i can check in. I was blocked on a 4th floor, using stairs. The elevator was out of order.

Hotel is nice but the air conditioner in my room didn't function well. It spills water and the temp isn't cold enough. Though the ambiance & staffs were good and the rate is affordable.

I hope there would be more cable channels available.

The hotel has no wifi, actually they have wifi but its too slow that you cant even log in to the wifi and when you enter to your room you lost your mobile signals that you cant even used your mobile internet. Comfort room are bit smelly also.

The inn is in. It's nice. However, signal is really bad inside, and their wifi is non-functional.

Room is big for a single room but no restaurant and they don't offer breakfast.

I stayed in a single room for 2 nights. Location was great. The staff were very nice as well. Everything was great except for the WiFi signal. You can connect to the WiFi when you're in your room and I couldn't even use my mobile data because there's no signal.

Good for budget traveller, 24h desk, for the location it is near different locations but it is hard to ride a jeep/grab/taxi on rush hour

Generally it's okay for a budget rate, great location.

Nice! Convenient and accessible!

It was a wonderful experience staying in the hotel, has an earlier check-in, very close to shopping malls. The staffs were courteous and very accommodating. Though I would suggest they would put a rug on the bathroom door.

Hotel is ok cheap and clean.
