とにかく汚い。何度もフィリピンに行ってますが、部屋でGが出たのはここが初めてです。 まず、コンドミニアムタイプでホテルとオーナーで管理が分かれてるのでそこが不便。普通のホテルならフロントに言えば済みますが、オーナーに全て依頼しないといけません。６人で宿泊でトイレが２ヶ所あるのにトイレットペーパーも１日１ロールしかもらえませんでした。布団も２枚、タオルも３枚しか渡されず追加する場合は別料金って人数分も揃えてないのにどの口が言ってんの？って感じです。 寝具も基本的に年季が入っており臭いも耐久性も激ヤバでした。 シャワーの水圧も激弱です。 クーラーの効きはよかったです。あとキッチンがついてるので、部屋でご飯を作ることができたのはいい点です。 立地も良くはないので現地の言葉が通じる人と行動するのをお勧めします。 もう二度とこちらはお世話にならないと思います。写真と内容の乖離が激しいです。

Some Employees are kinda disrespect i made a reservation for my family and they’re not able to checked in few minutes before the time check-in, the place is good only the employees need to learn some manners! Not good for tourist

Very conveniently located to the Embassy within walking distance. Hotel is very clean and friendly staff

All staff are friendly specially the guards... But the problem is the bathroom twice experienced with the bathroom leak on the shower and bidet... The beddings also not cleaned much... But all in all it was a convenient stay...

Reason for stay, US Embassy/St Luke's appointments. Great location, nicely appointed Condo, great view, reasonable price. Communication was average at best, significant delays between time of questions and/or requests asked, and receiving actual answers or getting action. #1 issue = relentless armys of small roaches throughout Condo, consistently crawling on occupants while they slept each night. Raised the concern, was given a leftover bottle of bug spray, not nearly enough product in the bottle remaining to properly do the job, made no difference, they kept coming, nonstop. The number of roaches experienced during the approximate 10 day stay actually traumatized the occupants (my Fiancé and her two brothers). Subtract the roaches and would've easily given at least 4 stars for each category. Beware!

I booked the Presidential Condo, 3 Bedrooms, When my family arrive. The Television is not set up, No TV. While using the internet, you have to go down to the front desk and scan something (barcode) just to use the internet. My communication to my family is thru messenger so every time i called the connection is ON and Off. I guess there's a limit of person that can use FYI I Booked for ONLY four persons. The connection is very poor. I need to call the front desk from Callifornia to Manila to address the concern since I'm the primary. This is actually my first time calling for international just to let the management know to please fix the TV, check the internet connection blanket. My mom request a blanket but never come, The pillow is smell like used and not wash. My family and I stayed different places and this is the first time happened. By the way the front door entrance is making noise when you try closing it needs to keep it open otherwise if you force to close its difficult to open again. This is not safe at night. I will not recommend this place, Terrible. Poor communication. I have a feeling the management ignore my family because they're not from America. Sad but this is what i heard from my friends experienced. The condo unit requires to update or renovate. I picked this unit because its only 3mins walk from the US embassy for my parents visa interview.

I can lists all my issues with this place. 1. I booked a family condo which is 7-8 pax but when I went there they said that I have only 2 signed up or listed two guests. So they wanted me to pay extra pesos per head per day. Who the hell will book this big then only 2 person will stay? I complaint but still ended up paying extra pesos. Ripped off. 2. DIRTY. Towels are like rugs super old and smelly. And lot of insects particularly cockroach. 3. OVERALL IT WAS NOT A FUN PLACE TO STAY ANS WILL NEVER GO BACK IN THERE 3.

The host was very accommodating, responsive, and helpful. The room was generally nice and comfortable, though I did notice a few small insects like cockroaches. But overall, I had a good time during my stay.

Room is dirty

There is no wifi actually used, even my phone cannot connect, there is no router inside to begin with. The bathroom and sink is infested with cockroaches lurking. The tv is not plugged as u have to transfer an extension wire from appliance to another. The bed is not good either, the study table is broken. The towels are not well cleaned and u have to ask for it so u will be given. The kitchen is not an enough space to cook to start with. They do not provide rags to the bathroom just a pad used for adult who is bed ridden, disaster. When i called them as its hard to communicate with them online, they got upset. The area is good just the place i booked is terrible.
