ラブホテルですね。

I needed to catch a bus at 4:30 this was near the bus station. But a sketchy area and I saw a few rats and numerous cockroaches nearby, but not in the hotel. The worst part was online check in which stated, the room wasn’t available after they charged me. I went there in person and they did me right.

The initial plan was to stay here for 2 nights but the wifi was not working and I need that for work so I decided to just stay overnight. The cable tv connection is poor as you won't be able to watch well as there's this snow-like white while watching. The TV remote control is not working as well. I called several times in the lobby and even went there personally to hopefully improve the mentioned challenges but only the TV remote control was replaced. The cable TV connection was still poor and wifi connection didn't became available all through out. It was so disappointing! I won't stay here again.

Receptionist is overly zealous to get me out of the room at 12 noon sharp! How rude.

What I liked was the service of the staff, the girls that worked the front desk were excellent. Unfortunately my two week stay at the OYO Royal Parc 46 Annapolis, Quezon City in the Philippines was Horrible, I would like all my money back that I spent. I had two rooms (305&306) they were filthy the filters in the AC were full of filth, the molding in the rooms were coming undone, mold and rust around the window in the bathroom. The phone in my room didn't work well, the whole experience at the royal property was very bad. I will never stay in the Royal Parc Hotel ever again, this was just so bad, everything about it.

We are expecting that there will be free breakfast but unfortunately upon checking it is not included.

Stayed here before but the last 5 or 6 stays were definitely terrible if not horrible! Some staff people were ok, but most were at times rude! Bathrooms, toilets were mostly clogged and the crap backs up, water pressure was too low, inline water heater does not work hardly, bath towels were dirty, stinky and stained but they wanted to charge customers for causing it when in fact the towels were old used up and any stains may be caused by their laundry! Internet was always choppy and loses connection! It was an old building, 4 floors and no elevator so if you're at the top, use a ladder! Stuff u want for Free breakfast most of the time is unavailable! The only plus was its convenient location, other than that I would tell anyone to stay away from this place!! It's only ok for 1 or 2 days!!!

Chambre petite et propre ( mis à part quelques traces de cheveux par terre !!!), climatisation qui fait beaucoup de bruit! Personnel de l’accueil très serviable! En effet, 3 jours après avoir quitté l’hôtel, nous sommes revenus à la gare routière à 3h du matin, ayant un problème de taxi honnête, nous sommes allés les voir et ils nous ont commandé un Grab. Hôtel choisit car il était à côté de notre gare routière donc pour une nuit de transit Ça fait l’affaire !

Well, even room service was til 10pm only & there's no elevator available, yet standby crew was readily there to assist you, the staff at the front desk was nice & accomodating. But what I liked about the hotel? Their honesty when they told me that I'll be refunded a few bucks from my room upgrade. Indeed it was an awesome stay😊!

This hotel is in a good area - easy to walk to various places for food etc. Expect to pay around 400-500 pesos for a taxi from the airport. The hotel staff are all lovely. The rooms are very old, and we had a room with 2 single beds which left no room to move within the room. It was fine for a cheap place to crash for a night. Nothing special, but then the price reflects this. Overall, I would stay here again.

Clean comfortable and convenient to Araneta Cubao. Staff friendly

Terrible area. No escalator. No fridge, TV useless. Room not serviced. Free breakfast pathetic.
