スタッフは、フロント以外にも廊下ですれ違う他のスタッフまで気さくで明るい。 フェリー乗り場まで当然の様にシャトルバスで送ってくれた。

夫婦で滞在しました。 私たちはチョコレートヒルズやターシャにジプニーやバスを乗り継いで観光したので、場所的にも良かったですが、家族旅行にはちょっと適さないかも… 朝食もついていてフロントの対応も良かったので、お値段の割には良かったと思います。

ダウンタウンに近く、食事、買い物便利。空港と、フェリー乗り場に無料送迎があるので最高。客室はシャワーのみで水勢はいまいちだけど、清潔だスタッフもフレンドリー。

ホテルは清潔で3階建てでもエレベーター有。 多くは期待していなかったけれど、コスパは充分満たされている。 従業員は笑顔でgood。 車をチャーターして1日ツアー、2500ペソ。チョコレートヒル・CHAPでバイクジップ。バタフライ園。マンメイドフォレスト。バンブーブリッジ。ロボックのターシャ観光園。ジップライン＆ケーブル。ロボック川の川下り：上流は混んでいたので下流へ運転手の機転で変更、大成功。エンターテイメントもこちらの方がgood。土人スタイルでオオトカゲを手にkiss。コレリヤのターシャ保存地区：本当の野生で静かに鑑賞。ターシャもたくさんいるし、いきいきしている。自然はいいね。パグラヨン教会は地震のため門の前まで。ヒナグダン洞窟：きれいな洞窟で海水は澄んでいた。7：30ホテル発～16：30ホテル着 。

ボホール島観光の際に、前泊しました。宿泊日の夕方セブ島から移動し、翌日はチェックアウト後に荷物だけ預かってもらって島の一日観光というスケジュールです。 ホテルはメイン通りから少し入った場所にあるので、静かです。受付の対応も申し分ありませんでした。街の中心街からは少しありますが、トライシクルで数分です。そもそもタクビラランの街がそんなに大きくありませんので不便は感じませんでした。 お湯もちゃんと出ます。バスタオルの他に足ふきマットもありました。 リゾートホテルではなくシティーホテルを選択するなら良いホテルだと思います。

Soledad Suites is an excellent hotel yet reasonably priced. Coupled with very welcoming and friendly staff members with their efficient service and its central location, this hotel is highly recommended for everyone’s travel needs.

Much improved experience than from last time. The room was fine, apart from a slightly noisy aircon unit. My 2 star review last time was due to staff members in the restaurant continually using their phones to listen to social media drivel at a high volume. On this occasion, the staff were attentive, with no phones being used (or silent if they were), which is then none of my business.

Two stays here totalling 4 nights. Room clean and sizeable, breakfast fine to start the day. Early checkin much appreciated after typhoon cancelled my ferry. Staff generally helpful, but I’ve marked the hotel down a couple of stars because of the following: 1. Non-stop Xmas music playing on a loop in the restaurant, that’s why I didn’t eat there apart from breakfast; and 2. The hotel had few guests while I was there, so staff regularly had their phones blaring out at a high level. On my last morning I had to finish my breakfast in my room as the racket was unbelievable. I brought this to the attention of the staff members doing it; they just carried on. Well, carry on doing this and you’ll have even fewer customers!

Very friendly staff, easy check in. They picked us up from the port and dropped us back for free which was really nice. Good water pressure and ac worked well.

Cleanliness

A spacious and clean room in a quiet location, although very near the centre of Tagbilaran. Lovely bathroom. Wifi in room... although not consistently. Good breakfast cooked to order and real coffee. Friendly and helpful staff, helped me to book a driver and tickets. 5 minutes walk to various restaurants, shops etc.

Good central location in the middle of tagbilaran city. Close to malls, restaurants and the port. They pick you up at the airport for a nominal fee and they communicate real well. Breakfast has an excellent and yummy collection. Will stay there again

Had a very pleasant stay. :) very friendly, accomodating and helpful staff. Food was average and you can also get food from nearby restaurants & fast food chains. The housekeeping was very consistent. They clean your room every single day and they do it very well!

직원들이 너무친절하고 기분좋은인상입니다 항구에서 픽드랍서비스도 좋구요 몰과 가까워서 너무좋았네요~~^^

The hotell was very good and the staff welcoming and professional. Overall good experience. Close to the ferry’s and free shuttle to the pier. Great service!
