The room has so many mosquitos and the aircon is not cold enough.

This hotel is good value, clean and close to the public market. The staff are pleasant and very helpful. Drawbacks include the following; 1. Property is old and facilities are antiquated, 2. WiFi is slow 3. Cable TV has wide selection of channels but the TV is very old and picture is not clear, 4. Hotel is far from the Main Street, you have to ask the driver to drive you inside the property. If hailing a cab, you have to walk far to the street to get it. If you just need a place to spend the night, this place is not that bad.

Their staffs were polite and accommodating. The room has a good ambience though its small. The comfort room is dirty.

Not a good location, place looks old. photos do not show you the real state of the Inn. very worn out.

There was this unpleasant smell all around the room from the cr or reservior maybe. But I like the location though. In fairness from what I've read so far. It was a block away from Cogon matket. And from there you can go anywhere. All kinds of transport around cagayan is all there.

Its worth the price. I hope next time they will provide kettle.room is clean and I love the comfort room.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. I like the place, very safe even when it's located at Cogon where known to be a dangerous place in CDO. However, when I got there I was really amazed the place was safe, cool ambiance, kind staffs and the room I picked was beyond my expectations of the price I paid. Now, I have my go to hotel/room whenever I visit CDO. Also they have breakfast and snacks to serve even toiletries so you don't need to go outside if ever you'll get starve or you lack toiletries during your stay. However, I wish they will serve dinner since the place is very quite and good to eat dinner as well. Not to mention the good internet connection. How good? I finished the whole season 2 of TVD series during my stay. :)

The aircon in the room assigned to us (room 22) is not working at all. There is one electric fan but we are 4 in the room.

They provide basic and affordable accommodation yet comfortable. It's not a cozy place and don't expect 4-5 stars hotel service. Staff are friendly though. You can also hear the noise from the 2nd floor when your room is in ground floor. They provide parking lot and has a gate. The Inn is near to Cogon market, few minutes going to SM and Limketkai. They only have a good internet connection near the reception and in their coffee shop. Overall happy stay.

Accommodating staffs and very friendly. The place is nice and cozy. the food was budget friendly earlier today i order a meal for 100.00 but when it was serve it was two separate plate with two sets of food for two person. So for backpackers like me it's a go!

Wala kaming enough sleep kasi may mga lamok na naka pasok at parang ino open yong room namin or effect lang if nag oopen yung kabilang room. pero ok nadin sa mga nagtitipid.

Busted aircond! Not so accommodating front personnel! Additional fees are cheap but inappropriate! Cheap stay but lacks in service!

Staff are nice and helpful, however, the facilities are poor. Hot water cost 2 pesos. The bathroom is so dirty without water heater and exhaust fan.

Aircon was not functioning well
