スタッフ、サービス、立地どれも最高でした！

オープンして一年位経つのかな？新しいのでハード面では何も言うことはない程素晴らしい。ロビンソンデパートのすぐ隣にあるので至極便利。ただレストランがなんか中途半端。昼時と夕飯時にしか開かない。よって隣のロビンソンデパートのレストランが9時半オーダーストップなので9時半過ぎると食事ができなくなる。ビジネス系ホテルではタクロバンの中で一番料金の高いホテルであるからには、その辺のところを改革して欲しい。ティーラウンジも無かった。

Very friendly staff! Also right across the street from the mall! Makes it easy to go shopping and find some amazing food!

The hotel room wasn’t very clean. The on-site restaurant’s dinner was okay, and the breakfast buffet was good, though a bit pricey compared to other nearby options. The biggest plus is the mall right next door, and the hotel does offer on-site parking when a space is available.

I will stay in Summit hotel again...!

Courteous staff

No towels in room,internet did not work at all even after going back to front desk to request help. TV remote not working… turned tv on and could not change channels or change volume. No towels and issues with terrible internet have been same last 3 stays. A lot of condensation on floor from AC made floor very slippery. Only reason we stayed was to go to mall across street but do not waste your time at this hotel.

I lived in tacloban as this hotel was being built. To see the sheer neglect and unprofessional repairs is truly sad. The owners should be disgusted by the lack of care for their investment! I was in the best room they have (lobi suite) and to have a tworn and stained couch, mold in every crevice, bathroom fixture about to fall off and windows you cannot see out of through the filth and mildew! Filthy windows throughout every level of the building, stained and smelly carpets, staff that has no clue how to maintain a positive customer interaction. I have to believe the owners either don’t care or are allowing blind management! I can not recommend staying here. You don’t get the great quality you’d expect at this price!

Comfortable bed. Quite, and convenient shopping wise and proximity to airport.

Like always good and always need to ask for towels

This hotel is nice but our room had an overwhelming odor of mold. No visible mold at all, perhaps it was in the ventilation. We are not complainers and the mold that exists all over the phillipines never bothers me. This however was intense.

The staff is courteous, the amenities is good comportabiliy, breakfast is good and beside only of Robinson But have a cockroach in the room need to disinfect the room regularly

Brown stinky water coming out the sink faucet. Denied a refund since it was booked through a third party.

Housekeeping begged everyday for towels but would take two to four calls and hours . I have been to 102 countries and better and maybe the odd worse but never ever had a situation where housekeeping refused towels then said they charge for extra ( I was only wanting one each ) the rest of the staff are exceptional but I’ll never book there ever again
