Free breakfast was prep in plates and serve to us not hot. You will ask the server to have it preheat in microwave. The facade of the hotel is not clean. The guard on duty not wearing face mask. Pillowcases not being change. Internet is not available.

Physically, the room itself was good. It was clean and specious enough with an open closet, a small window, a mirror and a desk with a chair. The TV was bigger than the usual 32 inches found in most hotel rooms. However, even before midnight, my companion was already complaining that something on the bed was biting him. I told him to spray alcohol on his side of the bed. He was not able to sleep well and was constantly awaken throughout the night due to itch. In the morning, he was covered in red, swollen Welts from bedbug bites. all over his body - arms, torso, face, legs. It was bad. We did not expect this. This is not a cheap hotel. Affordable, yes, but not cheap. You would expect bedbugs from cheaper places where cleanliness is questionable. Will never stay in this hotel again. Also, their breakfast could be improved.
