Please be guided with the LGU Requirements effective Mar 2, 2022 - until further notice/changes Booking Confirmation - We will release confirmation of reservations once paid or with a down payment for your S-Pass registration. Negative RT-PCR Test must be valid less than 48 hours from the date and time of collection to the date and time of departure. カードキーを一枚しかもらえなかったので、追加で一枚もらったら、嫌な顔をされた。さすがに3つ星5スターなら最初から二枚くれるのでびっくりしました。帰りには仲間のバックを積み忘れて空港にチェックインするのに大騒ぎでした。人のやることですから間違いはありますが、ホテルの信用は下がりますね。

The photos online are very deceiving. This hotel is in need of major repairs and updates. We were told there was a gym, but upon inspection, none of the equipment was in working condition and we felt unsafe even trying to use it. Let alone the gym area was filthy. Our room air conditioning (room 208) was emitting a terrible smell but was necessary to keep the room cool. The pool was missing so many tiles you could barely step into it because of the exposed concrete. The outside patio/pool area was so overgrown with weeds and dead grass it was not enjoyable to relax out there. Aside from the delightful and friendly staff, this hotel was not what was depicted in the photos and I would not recommend this to anyone.

The staff are friendly, the tours are great. The massage is awesome.. but the property needs a massive renovation, the rooms are quite dark, rhe bed is hard. The tiles from the pool is coming off. It looks grim. I was planning on staying st the island but i shy away since i was afraid condition would be similar. The view of rhe pier is nice espwcially during sunset but the property itself is rundown.

There was nice welcome drink which was refreshing and the staff was really nice. The pool are and outside area facing the bay were excellent and a good place to catch a sunset. My issues were the bed and shower. I don’t know if there was a mattress there and it felt like I was sleeping on wood. The shower had no hot water at all. Otherwise the room was okay.

Very helpful and kind team. I rebooked the incorrect hotel while boarding a boat for a tour and they packed up my stuff because they couldn’t get a hold of me and all rooms were full. They went above exceptions and the hotel in general is very clean, good value with nice views. I’d recommend

Hotellet er meget slidt ned, maden i restauranten er ekstremt dårlig, det gælder på alle tider af døgnet.
Den ene stjerne er det relativt søde men meget uerfarne personale som det meste af tiden havde travlt med at snakke samme eller med telefon.
Vi havde nær mistet et fly da vores pick up til lufthavnen blev forsinket da de havde glemt at bestille afhentning trods gentagne henvendelser hvor de havde sagt det var gjort.
Billederne snyder rigtig meget - hotellet kan klart ikke anbefales.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights with our family. The room we stayed in did not have working AC for the first three nights and despite our requests each day, the hotel did not move us to a room with working AC until the final night. We had to sleep in a 29c/85f degree room each night and did not sleep well. The hotel did nothing but shrug us off and did not offer anything in compensation. Other than this, the hotel would have been fine. The restaurant staff had great service.
